Fun little game if you're looking for a decent scare. Would recommend if you are into horror games

First of all, I received this game for free a month ago on my curator page, [url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/41438301-Horror-Fiends/]Horror Fiends[/url], and I just wanted to say: I'm so sorry it took me so long to review this, but my graphics card died a couple days after I accepted the key. Thanks for the key, and now on with the actual review! The short synopsis here on the store page hits almost everything I had in my head for the start of this review, so allow me to continue from there: It's got the vibe of a B-slasher movie set at a seedy motel. The plot is laid out straight away, cut and dry, with some goofy horror movie dialog before it throws you into the game with a quick to-do list of chores around the motel. You get a crappy flashlight, infinite stamina sprinting (nice!), and a creepy motel with items stored in... various [i]drawers[/i]... throughout the motel. *shudders* There's not so many that it's obnoxious, thankfully, but I'll admit I was scared at first. The only other gripe I have is that the 2nd area was quicker than I'd hoped, like to the point that the game could've done without it. [h3]Eerie atmosphere and a good mix of mechanics, so it doesn't ever feel stale. Short and sweet, it took about an hour to beat. It was a lot of fun![/h3] Keep up the good work dev(s), I've liked your games a lot so far.
