Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 10 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This Laruaville installment is all right, but there are a few things which could've been better. There are 100 M3-puzzle levels, the vast majority of which can be solved with moves only. A good portion of each level is inaccessible, where you must solve the puzzle up to the point that the rest of the level plays itself. To me that was taking away some of the "puzzle" element which Laruaville 7 did really well. Also, with the usable playing area being smaller, it actually makes playing with matches only more difficult because it's so easy to be making powerups by accident which then get in the way. If you enjoy constantly using powerups, that's fun, but for me that makes the game childishly easy. There is plenty of other content with a wide variety of minigames appearing in between every 3 or so levels (hidden object scenes, spot the differences, mahjong, and solitaire), plus bonus M3 levels which gradually unlock as you're going along. The bonus M3 levels are 20 turn-based levels where you play against a computer opponent trying to collect all the coins from your half of the playfield first. There are also 20 extra difficult bonus M3 levels either featuring black coins which will cause a forfeit if you collect any of the black coins, or tricky setups for the regular coins where doing things in the wrong order will make the level impossible to complete. There are better safety measures incorporated into the black coin levels this time so it's far less likely to accidentally lose due to a cascade (but you can still unintentionally remove the protections if you're not paying attention). The story this time is pretty stupid, sorry. And I've got to wonder why it is that Laruaville started with 5 ghosts in the first game, but they've been slowly disappearing as the series has progressed. There are now just 2 ghosts left, and the sorcerer ghost this time makes me long for the wizard ghost who was in several of the earlier games. The town scene is a weird fusion of ideas taken from the Spellarium series: now cartoonish cute per the Laruaville tradition, but doesn't quite work IMO. Not bad for all the content you get if you can overlook the "playing only half the levels" and the ghosts making themselves look bad.

"Laruaville 8" is a great match-3 game with unique mechanics and minigames (Mahjong, solitaire, spot the difference and hidden object games). It runs flawlessly and it will stimulate your brain! A very tricky match-3 with power-ups and unique ways to solve the puzzles. Help the cute ghosts turn everything into gold! Sounds tricky? Well.. It is! Just like this entry in the game series is trickier than the rest! The levels themselves are hard but leave an impression and above all they are fun. So you will be glad it wasn't a piece of cake that required no thinking and ended in 10 minutes. The visual effects, animations and music will help a lot in keeping you calm and focused on the task at hand. If you are stuck, you can use the hint system, which I find very good, comprehensive and helpful. On top of that, they have added a beautifully crafted grimoire as help. It will keep you busy for hours but without overstaying its welcome and you can always replay it due to its nature. Featuring different modes, minigames and building your town! With a variety of challenges and skippable minigames you'll never get bored! This is enhanced by 2 different types of bonus levels. The first is going up against an AI opponent but the real difference is the second; a set of levels in which you mustn't collect any black coins! Will you manage to turn everything into gold?.. ^^ One of the most fun and intriguing match-3 puzzle games out there.
