About
Gallia is a land where thoughts become power.
For a hundred years, that land has been at war. Dragons — the manifestation of hatred itself — rise from the earth and fall to the blades of those brave enough to stand against them. Empires have held the line. Generations have given their lives. But the hatred that fuels the dragons has only grown.
A new order has risen to answer it. Knight Commander Fiona has taken a Gesh — a binding oath that turns hope into power — and she is calling for knights to take it with her.
You are one of those knights now.
Knights of Fiona is a full-scale VR JRPG from CharacterBank, the team behind Ruinsmagus. Built from the ground up for VR, it follows Fiona's sworn order as they fight for a future nobody else believes is possible. Play solo with companions at your side, or take the adventure online with up to two friends as the three of you share one oath.
Every quest is a party quest. Every blade is held by a real hand. Every victory is a victory shared.
Sworn together. Coming 2026.
⚔️ A World Where Thoughts Become Power Gallia's warriors fight with the strength of their convictions. In Knights of Fiona, the weight of your oath is the weight of your blade. Every strike carries not just force but belief — and in a VR JRPG built around physical combat, both matter.
🤝 Sworn Together A Knight Commander's Gesh is shared by every knight who answers it. Play solo with trusted companions at your side, or take the full adventure online with up to two friends. Every quest is a three-knight quest. Every bond is a source of strength.
🏰 A Deep, Hand-Crafted World Explore the city of Geogallia — from its train station to its seaside ports — between missions. Meet a cast of unique NPCs in the hub town, take quests from the board, and experience a full JRPG story built for the scale and presence only VR can deliver. Localized by Nob Ogasawara, the translator behind Pokémon, Dragon Quest, and Yakuza.

Can be a little janky but still like playing :b
The little bit I've played, I've liked so far. Seems a little buggy, but not that much, and it has potential to smooth out if the devs keep updating it based on feedback. Overall, I really like what I'm seeing. I plan on playing quite a bit more, and will update my review then with more details.
Played for a little over a hour today and had to sit through a rather lengthy intro that seemed badass but then got rendered pointless by all the training levels after it. The intro should have been all the training in one place. Pros: 1. Detailed story with politics and well designed character races and decent dialogue. 2. Typical VR accessibility options are provided with an in-world explanation of them. For example, teleport is possible and a character in an intro level describes it as something drunkards should use. 3. Cute mascot characters! I love the little pet that runs around in a circle on the loading screen. 4. Intro's dream sequence is crazy good animation at times and really well made. I wish the whole game looked this well polished. 5. Text is mostly legible on an OG Vive. I know, I know, it's old hardware... but it's more comfy and more reliable than the Quest 3 or the Vive Pro and easier for my PC to stream. Major Cons: 1. The story is longwinded and uninteresting. 2. Dialogue is very inconsistently voice-acted. Voices break in the middle of sentences. Many primary character dialogues inside of cutscenes aren't voiced, even in the intro! 3. Sword mechanics are uninspired and too simple for VR. 4. Not enough to pick up and look at. 5. The world is empty and boring. It looks pretty, but it's not detailed and is mostly unpopulated. 6. Story DLC doesn't even work. I can only play chapter 1 despite getting a DLC for the rest of the game as a backer of their Kickstarter. 7. Game is free-to-play. This was not what they originally promised on Kickstarter. They said the game would cost money. They did a bait-and-switch and instead gave us a paid DLC that just unlocks more of the story... and again, it doesn't even work. 8. Most of the game is in small level battle scenes and doesn't really give a story. 9. No finger tracking! 2026 VR game with an emphasis on social features has no finger tracking and no emotes. 10. No arm IK! The game's floating hands take me right out of the immersion. I want to be able to look down and see my character's feet, waist, torso, and arms. Nothing is shown! 11. UI is slow and clunky. Quest reward screen doesn't show up for 3-5 seconds after a quest is over, so you stand around waiting for it every single time... and it gets old fast. 12. Never saw any other players. I went on the "Free Chat" server and saw no other players around. I don't know if this was going to be a MMO, but it feels like it was supposed to be one based on Kickstarter description and the UI design. I was told this would require help from other players, too, but I haven't had any problems defeating anything yet. 13. Character customization is extremely shallow with almost zero options. You don't even get gender options. 14. Inventory system is extremely janky. 15. Index controllers are not very well supported. Sure, they work, and the game is playable with them... but you have to squeeze your controllers a lot during battles. I'm still going to play this game off and on because I already bought it a while ago, but I can't recommend it. It should have been postponed another year to be polished or released as an early access title. It feels very unfinished.
灾难级别的中文翻译 最差那档的机翻而且还有漏字 简中繁重都一个样 不听日文语音我都不知道在讲啥 不过要是修复翻译问题还是打算买来玩一玩的 这类型的vr游戏太少了
Game won't open with steamvr runntime. Using different software it opens, but index controllers were missing menu button option and had other issues. It did look great visually, but it was kind of unplayable
I requested a refund. I loved Ruins Magus because it made me feel like I was actually living in a fantasy world. Knights of Fiona feels like the complete opposite. The marketing heavily relied on the connection to Ruins Magus, but instead of an immersive VR adventure, I found a game built around repetitive 2–3 minute missions, constant loading screens, and level-gated progression. Even after buying the Story Pass, I still have to grind short, meaningless missions just to continue the story. Rather than exploring a living fantasy world, I'm repeatedly sent into small arenas to complete the same gameplay loop over and over. The biggest issue isn't the graphics it's the gameplay. It feels more like a mobile RPG adapted to VR than a VR game designed for immersion. The sense of adventure and world exploration that made Ruins Magus special is missing. If you're buying this because the marketing made it look like a successor to Ruins Magus, I would seriously consider requesting a refund. Pedi reembolso. Eu adorava Ruins Magus porque ele me fazia sentir que eu realmente estava vivendo em um mundo de fantasia. Knights of Fiona passa a sensação oposta.
The game in its current state is... rough to say the least. The combat is fun but janky, the ui is meh at best, but it is fun at the current state its in. I like the story so far (Only played like 3/4 of the free story so far) and i can tell that a lot of love went into it but its just kinda disappointing, the gameplay is in like 3 minute missions, I was under the impression that it was going to be similar to something like an open world jrpg or at least have thorough, long levels, both of which were wrong. I want to see things like this improve so I will be buying the story pass to support it, and I really hope it can continue to get updates because I like whats here
