Much of the Sokpop library is filled with games that are especially simple and bite-sized. Even so, I find Klym to be almost too simple and unexciting. Compared to something like dino game. That placed the player right into the game to figure everything out for themselves, becoming both a sandbox and also a puzzle game. Klym almost has that, but there's not much to interact with and trying to find the right path up the towers here I wouldn't count as "puzzles." The experience is partially marred by surely simple but baffling and slightly unintuitive controls. The controls themselves aren't really the problem though, it's the content of the game. Sokpop already has titles for the same price that have far more to offer in terms of content and stimulating gameplay. The gameplay is barebones to a fault. Outside of Sokpop's own catalogue, there are free titles on steam, even demos, that have far more content on display here. Sure, $3 is not much, but there's far better ways to spend that money in my eyes.
My game is significantly worse visually than what is presented. I think this is due to a shortcut made by sokpop where they just scaled the amount of pixels shown by horizontal resolution. This means a 4:3 aspect ratio will look clearer than a 16:9 and 21:9 will look blockier than 16:9. It is incredibly distracting and looks quite awful. The actual game I say is fine. I don't know how much you're expecting for the price. This is the price range for sokpop's "demos" where it's just a simple mechanic that you play around with for a bit. The jump controls are kind of awful until I internalized that the jumping acts like a slingshot. Left click + mouse back for your character to lean back to jump forwards. This is a great way to make a jump on a controller but this game natively only supported M+KB. The actual traversal is a more limited version of Uncharted and Tomb Raider so all you're left with is the jumping mechanic. You can only jump from ground and it's just "okay", gets intuitive but nothing to buy the game for. Not being able to move your view vertically means you can't actually see what's above you. This makes it quite easy to get to a dead end and seems pretty shortsighted. Also what you can climb on and jump to isn't the most intuitive.

A short, but enjoyable game with a simple premise, simple controls, and simple fun.
Klym has a few rough edges. The controls are rough and there is an issue between character and level interactions. When playing to beat your personal time, I've had a number of runs completely ruined by some unintentional RNG. What I mean by this is when you glide down with a baby duck on your head, upon reaching the base level ground, my character was left in "gliding mode" and I was unable to fling around or normally walk. I had to wait ~5 - 8 seconds before I could jump around again.
Beat the game in 22 minutes Though I probably used 5 minutes trying to figure out the controls and the limitations of how far away you can grab ledges or how far you can jump The climbing mechanics are kinda neat, artstyle is nice, and I almost got 30 minutes of playtime out of it Definitely worth the $3
Very enjoyable short game. If you just play through the main game, it shouldn't take more than 20-30 minutes, but if you want to get all of the achievements, you can expect around an hour to 2 of playtime. There is one achievement for completing the game within 4 minutes that is quite hard, but definitely doable and worth some tries. I found the game a little frustrating at points, as sometimes something you think should be a small enough gap to climb isn't, leading to a lot of dead ends and wasted time. Still great and a good purchase for the low cost. And it looks pretty.
Not sure why but the art style tickled my senses just right. My only complaint is there isn’t more game, but it’s cheap, fun, and moves so nicely
Klym is a 3D platformer about a young child climbing buildings to find 4 lost ducklings and returning it to their mother . Graphics- Nothing special Soundtrack- Quack Audience- Kids Difficulty- Easy Story- Not really Game time- about 5 mins long, but you can replay it as many times as you want to try and get a faster time Price- Its expensive for what you get, but it's only £3 so if you want a fun little game sure get it 4/10
Very fun little game, with a great and unique art style. At first the controls felt very unintuitive and clunky. With some time I got the hang of it and even grinded for the really hard speed run achievement. Would definitely recommend for this prize even though it's only around a 20 minute experience.
Assassin's Creed eat your heart out. 7.5/10 I like the setting
