The game is good and it runs well but i stoped playing midway and my desktop was broken and i had to beat the game to fix it. If your fine with that its a fun play I just wish that wasn't an issue.
Very kinito...
scared me very bad though i dont know why people dislike this game apparently its related to purry forn which idk is true
good story gave me the creeps

♥♥♥♥♥♥ up my homescreen... 10/10
A gift that keeps giving. An excellent story told throughout two playthroughs that gets better the longer i keep it in my mind. The music is the cherry on top, perfectly capturing the old internet and flash game aesthetic, while not being overbearing. Kinito himself is such a well written character that you almost can't help but feel bad for the guy. All he wants is to be your friend, right? All this coupled with the sprinkled easter eggs and scares showing just how much an application can do on your computer just by running it (side note; this game makes a good PSA for people not to open strange apps), left such an imprint in my mind that I'm still feeling all this time later. Worth the money, worth the time. IT WAS ALL YOUR FAULT IT WAS ALL YOUR FAULT IT WAS ALL YOUR FAULT
I went into KinitoPET expecting a fun little retro horror game, but it ended up being much more fun than I anticipated. The game perfectly captures the look and feel of old desktop software, making it surprisingly immersive from the very beginning. Kinito is easily the standout part of the game. He's cheerful, funny, and oddly charming little axalotle, which makes the horror elements much more effective as the story progresses. Instead of relying on constant jump scares, the game builds tension through atmosphere, unsettling interactions, and the feeling that your computer is being watched. It creates a unique kind of psychological horror that sticks with you even after you stop playing. The visuals do an excellent job recreating a nostalgic late-'90s and early-2000s computer aesthetic, and the sound design adds a constant sense of unease without becoming overwhelming. The puzzles are enjoyable (besides minesweeper took me to long to figure out lol) and fit naturally into the experience, though a few moments can be a little confusing. Overall, KinitoPET is a creative indie horror game that stands out thanks to its clever presentation, memorable mascot, and immersive storytelling. If you enjoy psychological horror, analog-inspired aesthetics, or games that break the fourth wall, it's absolutely worth playing.
Extremely well made short horror game, lots of small secrets. Kinito will be your friend forever!
