This game is epic. The enemies are very creative and fun to fight. When you reach higher levels the mobs get harder to fight and destroy, but you get better upgrades! It is a lot like Nerf World in Minecraft with waves of enemies. I hope there will be mods in the future to make it look different and add new weapons and bosses.
Game with a lot of potential but on hard mode dmg going through shields to hp makes absolutely no sense, especially considering how little hp drops, so I cannot recomend it as is. On other difficulties it's not as bad and manageable.
Absolute garbage. Unfinished, unpolished - do not waste your time or money on this.
It's a wave based bullet hell game, where your arena is your group of islands, where the enviorment matters. The game is for the most part, exactly as advertised. It has one map, a cupple weapons, and luck based upgrades when you level up. The challenge is noticeablely appropriate for the difficulty. and graphics are definitely good. It's an Arcade game, so the replay value is the same as any arcade game.
simple but challenging
Simple. Good. Fun. Good visuals.
I bought this game pretty much because I think the dev is cool. He shared some insights into the self-programmed engine and even thought about making it open source if I remember it correctly. It showed attention to detail, which I loved. Then it came out and I had it a while on my watchlist. When I read his brother's review of the game and saw the hilarious answer that in no way shape or form must have been from the dev himself, I bought it. It's pretty fun and I suck at it far less than I remembered when playing the demo. I like the mechanic, my first game was over half an hour (easy mode, I'm a dad, judge me) and I pretty much ended things when my GPU started throttling (it's not the game, it's my terrible setup). But it was fun. I wish there was a game mode in which you could keep your ship and upgrades and improve it continuously because having an autorocket setup with blazing fast multisplitting blaster shots is just soooo fun. Hope there's some more development coming.
Fun little wave based game. Hoping for more in the future if they update it. It's just a straight to the point wave based shooter. Decent perks to choose from to make yourself strong. Overall I'd give it a 10/10 but i enjoy easy going games like this.
