At first glance it looks and feels like a simple enough platformer, but honestly, the technical issues just make it feel unplayable. Keys either don't register at all or they have this annoying delay that makes any kind of precision impossible. And don't even get me started on the hitboxes because they are absolutely abysmal. I lost count of how many times I died because of a collision that clearly shouldn't have hit me. The level design doesn't help either. It just feels like copy-pasted assets, and putting holes right at the start and end of levels is just a cheap way to annoy players rather than actually challenging them. It leans way too far into that "rage game" vibe where you're forced to repeat the same bits over and over, and it gets old incredibly fast. I’m really glad they made this free-to-play, as that was a good move by the devs. It’s not necessarily a total disaster, but it’s just not polished enough for me to recommend if it cost money. The music and the art style kept me going for a bit, but the gameplay itself just became more frustrating than anything else.
