Kanji Collect!

I think the game’s idea is good, but there are a few things missing: A complete list of collected kanji, including their readings and example words and sentences A save point in Adventure Mode (especially for levels like N1 and N2, where the kanji list is quite large) Kanji writing practice The ability to access the notebook from the menu (currently accessed with the Q key in-game) Some kind of system, similar to Anki, to help memorize words formed from the collected kanji

Settings are non-existent. No option to toggle head-bob, no option to adjust mouse sensitivity, no controller support (which means looking around spins you in a circle at high speed due to the lack of sensitivity adjustment); for some bizzare reason when you walk diagonally your character does this big side-step leap. This all comes together to give you a sickly sensation within seconds of starting the game. I'd never be this means to an indie game unless it was a cash grab, which this seems to be. Most importantly, though, the concept isn't great. There's a TV and it gives you readings, then you need to walk around a classroom and pick the kanji that matches the readings. Just buy a kanji workbook and a check sheet, you'll learn faster and won't want to spew.

Passing JLPT N4 on fentanyl? ♥♥♥♥ yeah, I’m in. Every single one of us started learning Japanese chasing a dream. A dream of getting a fresh start, a brand new life. Pretty naive, honestly saiyng. Some of you thought Japan is just anime, i thought Japan was the pure depression of Kiyoshi Kurosawa movies. i’ve got my N4 now, and honestly i’ve already forgotten why I even started learning this language i’m just on cruise control at this point And once we’ve learned enough, we’ll all end up in Tokyo, walking those same overplayed streets you see everywhere on the internet, spending the first two weeks thinking we’ve found paradise But trying to find a new home means we’ll all lose our, are you actually ready for that? I mean, whatever, I’m Ukrainian, i don’t have a home anyway,idc. but what abt u?? you actually have something to lose the day will come when all of us realize just how naive we really were. And a few years down the line, when one of you gets hit with that deep depression and wants to end it all in the Aokigahara forest just hit me up i love to watch human naivety As for the game though—it’s actually great!! Thanks, a really solid way to prep for the JLPT!! :)

This is a very good game, if you would like to learn some kanji in a fun way. I really enjoy playing it, as it is quite relaxing and it helps me to learn effortlessly. That said, of course this game cannot be your only source of knowledge if you are serious about learning the Japanese language. But at its current price tag its definitely worth it and a very nice addition to your main learning materials. There is one "negative" feedback that I would like to provide about the game. When I play video games, it is important to me how my character in the game looks and feels. Therefore it would be nice if you add some more character options, so that I can pick the one I like the most. Perhaps even something as simple as having a few options for the face of the character. Or some simple customization like - having a few options for eyes, hair, nose and mouth. That is something I would really love to see in this game.

Pas de système de sauvegarde en 2026, sérieusement? Une fois les kanji découverts, ils ne sont plus du tout visibles. Impossible de les relire juste pour le plaisir. Parfois les indices s'effacent sans raison. Le carnet montre l'aide et l'aide disparait aussi vite qu'elle est apparue. Dommage, ça partait d'une bonne intention mais un manque cruel de finition.
