So, I do recommend the game, only if you are a fan of the series and also get it for pretty cheap. If you are new to Just Cause, I would recommend playing both 2 and 3 before considering this game. It changes some systems that make the game flow differently and in my opinion, isn't as good. However, it does add a lot of fun things to use when just free-roaming messing around, which is great. The extra content feels a bit tacked on, I wish there was more substance to it like in JC3. The story is okay, nothing special, but that's not the reason you play a Just Cause game anyway. However, it does feel like a lot of missions are abruptly started or ended, like cutscenes just never got made or added. The game also ends in a cliffhanger setting up another sequel that, at this point, 8 years later, I doubt we will ever be seeing. Overall, it's a fun little sandbox to mess around in, as long as you don't mind the odd silly bug and the bit of a grind to unlock all the toys.
