It's a fun game, and recent updates are promising
after the developer responded I thought of a few more items that Id like to add, Cars spawn in the same place every time, I can log in and withing 5 min get 12 cars to crush get ~100k without even waiting for car prices to adjust high or low... it is just to predictable, The restoration gives an unrealistic amount of money, never in any of my car builds have i found thousands of dollars in collectables let alone every one, why don't you just add a bag full of money I can find on the side of the road every day in the same place... Feels like a run down drug town where everyone appears to be a addict, not really happy about that vibe. Then the store feels like a child math simulator, which I do not mind unless your intentions are to expose kids to a run down drug town vibe, It was also depicted to be a criminal organization, and Junk yards could defiantly be that, but there can also be all legit, We spend a huge debt to get a crappy lot but no way to make it our own, not even close to a simulator, get a little more realistic, the pawn shop paying huge amounts of money for items found in the trunk, and stealing from hotel rooms with hundreds of dollars just sitting in the room while the cars outside look abandoned for years, this is not even believable on any level. a magical hat conv belt that can go to a scrap yard that only fits trinkets when you have huge items to put on it, that make no money and scrap cars that pay 20k no one in this town would be poor, scrap cars bring maybe hundreds of dollars not thousands, I get that its a game but it is so unbalanced that it seems needed to mention.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I tend to buy a lot of Early Access games because I enjoy the development process and like supporting indie devs when a project catches my eye. I've turned a lot of wrenches in real life, and Junkyard Simulator gives you a good look at the process of scrapping vehicles, plus a whole lot more. Having both a story mode and a sandbox mode is a huge plus. I initially jumped straight into sandbox mode to mess around, but I also started story mode to see how the game guides you. It’s the kind of game you can play completely at your own leisure—nothing is forced, and you can save and quit whenever you want. The graphics look solid. With everything turned up, I get a steady, high FPS on my Linux setup. I have yet to experience any crashes or performance anomalies—it runs surprisingly well. KEYBINDINGS and MOUSE INVERT? Yes! Massive credit to the dev for including full keybinding remapping and mouse invert right out of the box. Whether you use arrow keys, inverted Y-axis, or nontraditional controls, the options are there. (I actually knew a handless gamer who played with his toes—accessibility matters!) A few nitpicks for the dev: * Driving: The vehicle controls could use some tuning; steering inputs feel slightly delayed and slow to respond. * Crouching: The transition is instant—you immediately drop or snap back up, which feels unnatural compared to the rest of the player movement. Adding a smoother animation or slight camera dip/shake would help. * Narrator: He sounds a bit like a game show host, which feels slightly out of place for the setting. That said, it’s not overbearing and doesn't take away from the core gameplay. Final Thoughts: Totally worth the price as it stands. The developer is actively improving the game through regular updates and stays engaged right on the Steam forums, so you don't have to go digging through Discord just to get help.

erbärmlich
Wanted to like this game but even after years of coming back n then just deleting it. Its just not there. Have soooo many glitches with my copy. Game keeps just stops letting me use the camera, only strafes or tools decide they dont work anymore. What sent me the most. Im driving the car to gas station, in store the character refuses to pick up any food and then when i drove to the shop? as soon as i got out the car? It teleported me right back to the gas station. Ya'll can shove it, ruins the game. I love Sim games like these, but this one is just so glitchy. Like i said, i really wanted to like it. But the glitches arent worh the hastle. I cannot recommend the game.
worst ive played of this type maps awful you do the same little jobs over and over again the need to eat but not sleep is just annoying the layout around the crane is poor theres little swing room
ok
Sok sikert a fejlesztéshez!
