This is pretty cool. I don't normally play Match-3 but my brother made it, so I scooped it up. He didn't know I did this, so I'm going to be really honest with him... This game has a lot of very fun little mechanics, great sound, and relaxing music. The whole artwork is very cohesive, reminds me of a couple 90s titles - and for some reason the vibe brings me back to XBLA on the Xbox 360 - weird! But good. I don't think the game teaches you as well as it could, but it's pretty simple to learn and it's clear the developers have thought out a lot of the challenges the player faces when starting the game, and added a lot of cool curve-balls as you progress into the game. It's a good game, it didn't seem to have any bugs that I found in the 30 or so minutes I just sunk into it (until I goofed up and lost, anyway.) You can definitely get sucked into it pretty quick. Cool game.
An addictive and fast paced puzzle game that kept my attention and focus multiple times. Giving a sense of stress, whilst turning the match 3 and Tetrks style gameplay on its head. Cute 90's visuals and characters too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AWp8RMGt6-s
I think Junk-o-Tron is a fun game to play and provides a pleasant challenge without being too stressful(– even when it can get kinda crazy!). Junk-o-Tron is a take on the classic Tetris-formula, except you match three blocks ov a color instead ov filling lines – and there are many more blocks than just tetrominoes! (Each robot on the team even has their own personality!) If you love indie games and you want something with endless replay value, I think this game is worth picking up.
