Yes.
JQ: cosmos, developed and published by Snkl Studio, is a simple and highly focused trivia game that centers on testing the player’s knowledge of space-related topics through a straightforward question-and-answer format. Like other titles in the same series, it prioritizes accessibility above all else, offering a minimalistic experience that can be picked up instantly without any need for tutorials or prior familiarity. The concept is direct: players are shown an image or question tied to astronomy and must choose the correct answer from a set of options in order to progress through a sequence of levels. The gameplay loop is built around repetition, but it is structured in a way that introduces a modest sense of progression. Early questions tend to rely on widely recognizable subjects such as planets or famous astronauts, making the opening stages approachable and easy to navigate. As players move forward, the difficulty increases slightly, presenting less familiar constellations or more specific knowledge that requires closer attention. While the increase in challenge is gradual, it remains within a fairly limited range, ensuring that the game never becomes overly demanding. This makes it well-suited for casual players, though it may feel too basic for those seeking a more rigorous or in-depth quiz experience. In addition to its standard level-based format, the game includes a small selection of alternative modes that attempt to add variety. These typically involve simple comparisons or quick decision-making challenges related to planetary characteristics, offering a slight break from the usual multiple-choice structure. While these additions provide some diversity, they are relatively shallow and do not significantly change the overall feel of the game. The core experience remains centered on answering questions, and these extra modes function more as brief diversions than substantial expansions of the gameplay. One of the game’s strengths lies in its accessibility and ease of use. The interface is clean and uncomplicated, allowing players to navigate menus and select answers without any confusion. This simplicity makes it ideal for short sessions, where players can complete a few levels at a time without committing to extended play. The inclusion of achievements tied to progression also adds a small sense of reward, giving players a reason to continue moving forward even as the mechanics remain unchanged. Visually, JQ: cosmos is functional but lacks a strong artistic identity. The game relies on a collection of images to present its questions, and while these are generally clear enough to serve their purpose, they do not create a cohesive visual style. The overall presentation feels basic, with little emphasis on design or atmosphere. This utilitarian approach ensures clarity but also makes the game feel somewhat plain and unremarkable compared to more polished titles. The audio design follows a similarly minimal approach. Background music is present but unobtrusive, providing a calm backdrop without drawing attention to itself. While it helps maintain a relaxed tone, it does not contribute significantly to the overall experience and can become repetitive over time. Sound serves more as a passive element than an integral part of the game’s identity. The biggest limitation of JQ: cosmos is its lack of depth. The gameplay does not evolve beyond its initial concept, and once players understand the format, there are few surprises or new elements to keep the experience engaging. The repetition becomes more noticeable as the game progresses, particularly since there are no significant changes in mechanics or structure. This simplicity can make the game feel limited, especially for players looking for a more dynamic or varied experience. Replayability is also minimal. Once all questions have been answered, there is little incentive to return, as the content remains static and predictable. The game functions primarily as a one-time activity, with its appeal tied to the initial process of discovery rather than long-term engagement. While it succeeds in delivering a quick and easy trivia experience, it does not offer the depth or variety needed to sustain interest over time. Overall, JQ: cosmos is a straightforward and accessible trivia game that fulfills its purpose as a light, casual activity. It offers a simple way to engage with space-related topics and provides a modest sense of progression through its levels. However, its limited scope, lack of variety, and minimal presentation prevent it from standing out as a more substantial experience. It is best suited for players looking for a brief diversion rather than a game with lasting depth or complexity. Rating: 6/10

We are so small compared to space, it is truly a spectacle to behold. Anything space related is a must play for me, it's probably one of the most fascinating topics, so mysterious and unknown. I definitely recommend it to all you space lovers out there, it's really cheap and there's a few little extras that make this one of JQ's best.
