Joe's Quest

This is an RPG Maker game, but it's very unstructured. It's unclear what you're supposed to do, but suddenly you complete a quest and just move on. The scenes only involve certain characters, and they are pixel-animated. There’s nothing else of interest in the world. The combat seems interesting at first, until you realize it's just standard RPG Maker combat with different names for attacks and skills. When I reached a forest where you need to remove a rock, the game crashed as soon as I defeated a tree… I requested a refund since the game is broken. Spoiler: [spoiler]To get money quickly, go into the mine below the starting town. The location isn’t marked with a symbol. Inside the mine, go down the stairs to the right and mine gold until you have 99 pieces. Sell them to the NPC standing just outside, and you’ll have all the money you need. Go back to the starting town and buy all the skills in the shop there. [/spoiler]

could be a fun game but unable to play further than an hour due to a error code for audio ogg file during an animated scene which you can't get past... posted bug in discussion a couple of days ago but no Dev response as of yet... will be seeking a refund as the game is unplayable if Dev doesn't create a patch Update: Dev created a small fix and seems to have corrected issue... hopefully this is the extent of the issues or at least the Dev is prompt at providing fixes.... I personaly don't like beta testing a game which is marketed as release ready but the game is amusing

It's a simple game, which I understood when i decide to get it. The problem is there are several bugs that haven't been fixed. Both are files not being found when you get to specific scenes. One is fixed by you going into the files and changing the file name yourself, the other one however does not.
