AI slop, and somehow runs like crap... A PUZZLE GAME runs like crap.

9/10 Jigsaw puzzle TLDR: an elaborate jigsaw puzzle implementation with tons of options and a great "dzen" mode. Can use custom images Good: + free + excellent music score + lots of options and QoL features. E.g. you can right click and select "Sort pieces" - and they will be placed without overlaps in the area around the click. Three modes to drag pieces, to accommodate both PC and mobile players + dzen mode - a single piece is placed at start, and you just get a random neighbor piece every turn which you just need to rotate and place correctly. No clutter whatsoever. I like this mode far more than the standard jigsaw puzzle! + can import a custom image from your hard drive (the game has an in-built file browser) or even from the Internet! So-so: +/- pretty basic looks. E.g. background is just an almost featureless texture (for which you can set an arbitrary color with a color picker). And UI gfx look almost like stubs. +/- some customization (e.g. shape of piece connectors) is locked behind a DLC. I don't like when games lock functionality/gameplay behind paywalls. Instead, the obvious monetization here would be to sell image packs, at the minimal price point of $1 each. Yes, even though users can import their own images. +/- importing custom pictures 1 by 1 is tedious. Would want to be able to just import a folder (maybe even with subfolders). Or the game could have a special folder where the player needs to copy their images for the game to see them Bad: - nothing It seems that most of the downvotes come from the period when the game had AI images. I personally have nothing against AI and find those reviews unfair. Still, since they are all outdated now and just weigh on the game's average rating, my advice to the dev would be to unpublish this app and then re-launch it. It seems that he also merged the 2 free DLCs into the game? Besides, the game's banner image is somewhat low-budget and presents the game worse than it actually is. Or maybe just make a sequel? Stop working on this app and add anything new into version 2, with new images. I guess the dev only thought of selling public domain photos or AI-generated images. But there are plenty of stores like Etsy, Envato Market etc where professional designers buy images, and relatively cheaply. Envato Elements even gives unlimited downloads for just $30/month. So, filling up a few DLC with thousands of nice images would cost just $30. No need for the AI drama...
