Cute and simple these puzzles, the figures are different to recreate, you can choose the difficulty by selecting how many pieces you want from 60 up to 714, and you can also vary the color of the base that serves as the final frame. The most important thing in a jigsaw puzzle game is that you can match pieces, by image and shape. This game fails to draw 1:1 matching shapes. So you have to guess and try potential matches instead of being able to identify matches. All negatives, because in their sum they overshadow anything else: - Unplaced pieces are bigger than when they are placed - Pieces are only pickup-able on their central square area, not their extremities - Some motives have one-colored/low contrast areas, making the incorrect shape displaying even more problematic - Picked up pieces jump-centering to the mouse cursor makes lacking click-hit-detection even more confusing and irritating - No pausing and continuing later, no saving of piece positions - Camera dragging is slower than mouse/drag speed - Hover-menu never disappears, stays in the way - Reshuffle pieces button without confirmation - Bad Effects volume mixing - default hurts my ears (volume music vs effects can be changed)
It is a classic puzzle with 20 pictures. These pictures show oversized animals in natural or artistically alienated surroundings. You can get the pictures at 60-112-273-476-714 Disassemble parts and then put them back together again. The pictures are in professional quality with a very good depth of field so you could use them as a background for large screens. The 60 part variant is relatively simple, with 714 parts it should be a little more difficult. This is the right place for anyone who enjoys doing something like that or is looking for occupational therapy for their grandparents. I picked out a few and each took less than 10 minutes. used, it also works as a gap filler for in between. Recommended. Here you can find my group and my archive with over 1,100 reviews. (reviewed: 2020-08-04) Positives+++ +I like the variation in the sound effects when placing pieces on the board. +I like that when the outline is done, the outline button is untoggled automatically and there is an animation of the pieces. =) +I like that there is a timer at the end of a solved puzzle. +I like the loading screen with a slidding puzzle piece. I think it's cute :) +I like that there is a number of completion by puzzle difficulty, by image. +Puzzle progression is saved. +The background color choice is kept between puzzles. +The button to move the pieces are not moving the loose pieces on the board! Suggestions~~~ ~Grey out the navigation arrow when there is no items on the side the arrow is pointing. ~The selection sound is a bit piercing compared to the relaxed atmosphere encouraged by the soundtrack. I would replace that sound for a less aggressive sound effect. ~I would add a mouse hover on button in the puzzle scene. ~It would be nice to have achievements. ~It would be nice to see best scores on each image, on each difficulty. ~Sometime, because of the color of the pieces, it's hard to see the outline pieces. Maybe have an option to change the opacity of the non-outline pieces? ~Maybe change the icons for the difficulty. For the moment, all icons are the same. It could be an icon with more and more pieces. ~I feel like the animation when choosing an image are a bit to much exaggerated. Maybe tune it down a bit? Negatives--- -Pieces doesn't snap together. -Reset doesn't ask for validation before undoing the puzzle. -At the end of a complete puzzle, there is no button to go to the next image or to come back to the selection screen directly. I think it would be nice to have a button at the end instead of clicking on the menu which I feel is more when you want to quit mid-game. -A lot of images have large portion or similar color clouds, sky or grass which make them less fun to play in higer difficulty. -Quality of the images could be improved a bit. When playing zoomed in, you can see blurry pixels. Conclusion This game offers 20 realistic looking photomontage images in 5 difficulties (60, 112, 273, 476, 714). The game is simple, but nice. I'm looking forward to see achievements implemented. Pieces only snap to board. Maybe they will implement snapping between pieces in the future. If you want a relaxing puzzle game for a small price, this game is great for that.
Nettes Puzzle! Richtig starke Bilder! :) Chillige Musik dazu. Wunsch: Steam-Errungenschaften. ___ Mir persönlich sagt die Teilchengröße in den hohen Bereichen zwar nicht so zu (es gibt die Bilder in unterschiedlichen Größen), aber vielleicht haben echte Puzzle-Freunde ja Spaß daran.
Follow our curator for similar games
https://store.steampowered.com/curator/35180752-3-point-play/ $1 jigsaws + UI + 20 puzzles = Compared to other jigsaws, this game is a steal $. The UI is simplistic and there are 5 difficulty levels that increase pieces. Progress is saved automatically!
I was very close to rating this negatively and then I was reminded of the price and yeah I think what you get for the price is decent. Very very basic jigsaw game, but again, decent for the price. I'm aware this is described as a "Minimalist Jigsaw Game" but that lowkey sounds like "I can't be arsed to add anything else to it". A few things I'd like to see: - Some more basic settings, like mouse sensitivity, snap sensitivity. - Ability to snap pieces together outside of the board, as currently you can only place pieces in the correct place on the board and they won't snap together anywhere else. I guess this depends on how you like to play, but personally I like to snap a few pieces together if I happen to see them. - Ability to save where you've place your pieces for when you come back later. I made the mistake of closing the game to go and do something else, and came back to my (probably 30mins+) organised pieces shuffled again. - Better zoom, and better moving around when you're zoomed in, as currently it's very very slow. - I would've liked achievements for every puzzle in every size. As an achievement hunter, this would've taken my playtime from nearly 6 hours to probably 100+ hours due to how many different ones there are. Or at least "Complete x picture in any size". - Some sort of improvement to the shortcut bar at the top, sometimes it'll fade depending on how close you're clicking to it, but other times it won't. This causes a lot of flashing from this bar which is distracting. - While we're talking about shortcuts, keyboard shortcuts for each of the buttons would be great. Things I liked: - Good snapping-in-place animation. - Can change the background to a few different colours which is nice. - Has "only show edge pieces" button, shuffle and show picture of puzzle buttons. - It tells you how long it took you at the end. 1 tiny stupid thing that's bothering me, one of the achievements is worded incorrectly, it should say "Complete the edge pieces first on a jigsaw" or something along those lines, as "Complete the border pieces for the first time" doesn't explain it well enough imo. But hey, I'm just nitpicking now :p If you're looking for a basic jigsaw game with 20 different pictures to chose from, then this is worth a play :)
THE PAZZLE! I found the game interesting, with simple and comforting sounds they managed to get to the 'Ace' of the puzzle: I recommend the game to everyone, simple and fun what I was looking for
I didn’t even notice how long I spent playing
the game feels relaxing despite having only one song
