I enjoyed this Match-3 and liked it better than its predecessors.
Positive:
- graphics,
- sound effects,
- I found it very addictive and fun to play,
- unlike in previous version the walls in the levels could be destroyed. Those were a bit of a pain in the predecessors. That was definitely an improvement in this game.
Negative:
- grinding to get some of the achievements (money in the bank, number of balloons to collect)
- the bonus levels (jigsaw, hidden object, find the mistakes) look nice but they were not my cup of tea. I did them to get the achievements.
Tips:
- Collecting money for the achievements: there is one levels relatively at the beginning of the main map (not the regular levels, but one of the "bonus" levels, don't remember what they were called, where you can earn 500 to almost 1000 coins. Use that to get the money in the bank faster. Try not to buy anything until you make the achievements because any money you spend on upgrades will not count as money in the bank. This will get you the achievements faster.
- The same goes for the balloons. You need those to unlock bonus levels. Collect the balloons first and unlock the bonus levels once you have gained the achievements. That will save you hours of additional grinding after you finished the game.
- Making matches in a certain amount of time to get the respective achievements: this one is easy if you know a little trick. You could play one of the tutorial levels, for example, that have those elements that don't disappear when you make a match (you can do that in any of the levels that have enough of those elements, but there's one tutorial level that makes it particularly easy). If you make a match, just move one of the elements around left and right again and again. That makes it really easy to make enough matches in the required time to get the achievements (only 2 or 3 per cent of the players got those achievements).
Overall a nice game, and more enjoyable than previous installments of this Match-3 game.
