**NOTE TO THE DEVELOPER THIS REVIEW IS NOT MEANT TO BE RUDE OR OFFENSIVE IN ANY WAY** Spawn in a game, no menu screen...run through trees , get shot at by unintelligent AI bots that literally have infinite ammo... Find a gun in a map that has terrible graphics, the movement is wonky, the mechanics are not there..
Start off with mission to find a gun. Gun is available via a demonic teleporter? Ok. Shoot some bad AI dudes. Hear someone out of nowhere saying "Preview" over and over as I pick up a bomb. Start my ascent up a large structure. Put a battery in a panel so I can ride the platform to the top. Get to the top and shoot some more dudes. Fall off side and die. Restarts at previous save checkpoint before I rode platform up. Panel still wants another battery and there isn't one. Platform is now above me so I cannot continue forcing a complete restart of the game. Refund requested.
Unfortunately i finally have to leave my first thumbs down.... I didnt expect much, was just curious to play a low budget game, but in the end it was too frustrating to leave anything else than thumbs down. I had to restart several times cuz of very different reasons. Starting form the whole screen went white suddenly and the only thing i could do is alt + f4. It is not possible to save the game, tho there are checkpoints, but they doesnt help too much if you cant continue the game from these checkpoints like the one just before the elevator and you are stuck cuz the battery for the elevator wont respawn again. Also very annoying was, that when i was going to shoot and clicked the left mouse button i was thrown back out of the game to my desktop, like if i would press the windows button. When i went back to the game it was all ok again but this happend like for every 2nd enemy. At least the achievements are working fine.
This game is abject crap. Hey, I like some jank in my indie games, but not like this. It's a "puzzle" TPS that does literally everything as poorly as possible. Jumping and movement feel terrible. Running seems to change your body position, but not actually speed you up. You're never sure if your jump is going to make it across the gap, and there's at least one where you illogically can make it going diagonally (i.e., further) than straight across. Your head bumps on everything. There are invisible walls everywhere. Oh, and you'll need to constantly navigate walking on narrow obstacles over dizzying heights while your vision is completely obscured by tree branches. You can also break the game entirely due to its terrible checkpoint system. Others have already pointed out falling off of the tower with the elevator after grabbing the battery. I will add another: I made it to the section where you need to close a portal with a spellbook (no explanation for any of this, by the way...the story is nonsensical and practically nonexistent), but I did so without ever finding the bomb in the previous section...I simply climbed a platform and jumped over the fence. But then I couldn't get back to plant the bomb on the train. Because the checkpoint system won't let you go back to previous checkpoints, and because there's not even a "start over" option, I had to exit the game, manually delete my save, and start over from the beginning. And believe me when I tell you that I had no desire to play any of this festering pile of maggot-infested dog turds again, but I'm a completionist, so here we are. Puzzles in this game are not puzzles...they're simply hunting for some object that isn't cleverly hidden, but merely obscured by the terrible scenery graphics. And this generally requires jumping to get to them, often with invisible walls that prevent you from going a particular direction while in the air, causing you to fall to your death. In short, this game takes everything you could do wrong with a third-person puzzler and everything you could do wrong with a third-person shooter and decides to double down and DO ALL OF THEM. The only good thing I can say about this game is that it added to my 100% stats on Steam. Otherwise, no one should play this game. There are tons of fun, jankfest indie games out there, but this isn't one of them. Two thumbs all of the way down.
Ok game with good graphics and interesting gameplay. Not very easy game and there is enough content
This game seem to be at it's early state of development? After 30min of testing: - There are MANY Bugs. But I see much potential!! + Graphic is nice
