J.U.R : Japan Underground Racing

Ностальгическая бомба для тех, кто скучал по старым уличным гонкам вроде Need for Speed: Underground. Тюнинг тут реально порадовал - можно накрутить себе тачку от бамперов до неона, а в карьере больше 200 миссий, так что залипнуть на вечерок можно запросто. Но есть и ложка дегтя, и довольно жирная. Управление тут, скажем так, на любителя: многие жалуются, что машина слушается плохо, а дрифт работает через раз, и это может знатно подбесить, когда проигрываешь из-за кривой физики. Графика уже древняя, игра 2016 года, но стиль старый школы выручает, хотя баги иногда вылезают, типа машин, которые резко спавнятся перед носом. В целом, если ты фанат тюнинга и готов простить игре косяки за возможность покрасить тачку в кислотный цвет и поставить гидравлику, то на скидке за 50 рублей - самое то. А если ждешь шедевра с плавным управлением, лучше проходи мимо, тут для ностальгии и фанатов, а не для киберспорта. И если этот обзор наберёт 50 лайков и 10 наград - сыграю 100 часов. Будто прямиком из 00-ых, но ещё ужаснее. Это в принципе худшая гонка, в которую я играл.

It looks like the developers wanted to make an old-school Japanese street racing game focused on drifting and tuning, but they messed it up and ended up with something raw and dull. The controls are terrible—the car either doesn’t respond or slides around like it’s on ice, making even simple turns a real challenge. The gameplay is repetitive: around 200 career races that barely differ from each other, plus only a couple of maps and modes. On top of that, the game is full of bugs—AI opponents get stuck in textures or flip over, which completely ruins the balance.

These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. You don't have to take my word about how bad the game is, we can measure the interest in a game by how much people bothered to play it. J.U.R : Japan Underground Racing has achievements, and they show us a very clear picture that the game absolutely failed to capture any interest from gamers. The most commonly and easily attained achievement is "Hard racer", playing the asset flip, trivial to achieve, but less than 1 percent of players bothered to get that far before uninstalling the game. That's a tiny, tiny proportion of gamers who even bothered with this. Ouch. It's also important to note the "developer" here has connections to a number of shady Russian asset flippers and review manipulators who show an organised pattern to scam and defraud gamers with fake reviews and asset flipping the work of others for profit. While reviews are about the games, gamers should be informed when developers act unethically. Whether these connections are the same developer using multiple accounts, or just working closely with other unethical developers, gamers should be warned about the harm to gamers by this developer and their associates. Buying games from unethical developers puts your money at risk. J.U.R : Japan Underground Racing is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. Вплоть до Спенсера и Марло в английской поэзии не было ничего не только равного, но просто соизмеримого с "Кентерберийскими рассказами" Чосера. Поэму можно назвать энциклопедией литературных жанров Средневековья, но более важен в ней реализм: описывая своих многочисленных персонажей, их речь, привычки, мнения, Чосер рисует в "Кентерберийских рассказах" живую картину жизни. Герои поэмы, люди разных возрастов и сословий, совершающие паломничество к гробу святого Томаса Бекета, дабы не скучать в дороге рассказывают друг другу увлекательные истории. Поучительные и смешные, трагические и скабрезные, всегда остроумные и никогда скучные, эти истории пестры и многогранны, как сама жизнь, временами яркая, временами тусклая и неприглядная. Отражая свой век, "Кентерберийские рассказы" по ряду признаков все же не укладываются в рамки своего времени. Можно сказать, что Чосер, живя в Средние века, предвосхитил реализм английского Возрождения, а свою главную книгу "Кентерберийские рассказы" писал для всех веков.
