This game may be buggy and have a lot of stuff it needs to improve in, but I still think its OK. And still around a solid 20-30 minutes of gameplay (Sometimes where you need to go takes a while to find.). Pros: Graphics Horror Free Cons: Text Movement FPS A bit of bugs Overall: 8.7/10 Check out my gameplay here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UlmzjZzhEOE&list=PLxC0aDwklPIUIYKDO-lRQr2C5YC3GaPE5&index=2
It Lurks in the Woods, Fransız Kanada folkloruna dayanan kısa bir birinci şahıs korku oyunudur.
Скучная, мрачная и бестолковая игра... симулятор брождения по ужасно мрачному лесу и низкокачественной пещере

It Lurks in the Woods isn't too bad of a free indie horror game. There is a lot of room for potential improvement, but as it is it is an okay little experience. The good; > Looks fairly pretty for a free Unity game, paticularly the sunset at the beggining. > The audio/sound design is on point. Some very unsettling sounds coupled with some discordant string accompaniments make this the strongest aspect of the game. >The scares are directed fairly well. It seems the developer was aware of the limitations of the engine; simply put, the spooky models in Unity, more often than not, do not look very spooky at all. Most of the creepiness in this game comes from the audio, and the scenes when you are threatened by the 'monster' as it were, you are directed in such a way that you can barely catch a passing glimpse. The not so good; > The story is quite slight, though realistically this is to be expected given the short runtime. > It is very short. Even going at a snails pace, there is little to no deviation from the main route and so you will likely be finished in twenty to thirty minutes at most, probably less. > The game is pretty poorly optimised. It didn't run paticularly well even on medium settings though I suspect a lot of this is due to the heavy foliage being a major graphical drain. In this respect, less is sometimes more. > If you do stop to look at the 'monster', you will be underwhelmed. This is often the case in these free indie horror games, but as mentioned above the developer seemed to understand this and did well at directing you away from doing so. VERDICT: Would I recommend it? Yeah, probably. It wasn't offensively bad. It had some creepy auditory moments. There are far (far) worse free (and paid) indie horror games out there. It Lurks in the Woods isn't paticularly memorable and it won't be one of those games you look back on and distinctly remember, but as a short, relatively sweet spooky experience it delivers.
this game has good graphics but this game is very short and isnt that scary
Not good. But I guess it's not terrible.
Avevo già provato questo gioco free in altro account. grafica niente male, nonostante sia fatta con unity, trama tutto sommato interessante, il finale un pò deludente secondo il mio parere Un discreto gioco gratis che merita almeno uno sguardo ;)
