Is THIS a game? Well, it has everything you'd expect: buttons, pixels, achievements, a mouse-cursor to point and click sometimes, an axolotl, more than 50 mini-”games”. Is this enough? What even is a game? How much interactivity do you need? Are games art? Are there TOO many axolotls in this game?

About
From one of the artists behind "Deponia", "Leisure Suit Larry" and a bunch of game you never heard of, comes a new experience:
Is THIS a game?
Well, it has everything you'd expect from a video game:
loads of buttons
pixels (more than 1000!!!)
even animation!
achievements (those are important, right?)
a mouse-cursor to point and even click sometimes!
state of the art 8 bit sound-design!
An axolotl
More than 50 mini-”games”
pop culture references to ALL your (aka my) favorite game franchises
But… is this enough? What even is a game? Does this count? How much interactivity do you need? Are games art? What am I and if yes… how many? Are there maybe TOO many axolotls in this game?
Come in and find out for only 4 bucks! Only for a limited time (<= lie)! Support a more or less struggling gameartist, working in the industry for 10+ years (and still not good enough for the artstation front page). Aaaanyway, thank you for your time and have fun “playing” this “game”...
Jo out.

Whether or not the seemingly random nature of the game (I got a lot of repeat sections which for a comedy game is going to be pretty detrimental) is some sort of meta commentary like much of the rest of the game, its charming enough for what it is I suppose
This is a loop game consisting of (at one point repeating) levels that toy with your expectations. If you played There is no Game: Wrong Dimension , you know the drill, but it was a fun time. I am not achievement hunter enough to keep playing after 20 minutes, though. And one level (Waiting for Godot) gets on my nerves. Dear Dev, please keep adding little levels, I will gladly return for them. Thank you. Greetings!
very delightful little adventure i had fun :)
I feel seen and offended at the same time. 10/10
İt feels more like a free flash game than a steam game to be honest, something like the impossible quiz but its even unfunnier. İ could not finish it because it really was not fun. İ expected something smarter like “the corridor” or “the stanley parable” but its really not worth it. 4/10
is THIS a review?
Ok, THIS is my game of the year
I wanted to call it dadaistic art but forgot I actually paid money. After two hours of "playing" this game I am now convinced that Patrick was right all along - Mayonnaise is an instrument and so is horseradish.
