Very creative and intriguing Enjoyed it
I had recently discovered this game after watching Markiplier's Iron Lung movie, absolutely loved it! The ambience was the perfect amount of suspense and impending doom, it made me fee like there's was something going to happen but I wouldn't know when until it hit me. I really liked the premise of not quite knowing what was going to happen and simply just finding out. The game did exactly what it was meant to do/make me feel as the player.
It's great, finished in 90 mins, but i'm sure i could have exlopred more. Play it before you watch the movie. Absolutely no bugs or anything like that. The use of the camera is so well implemented, nail biting super tense period from where you push the button until you acctualy se whats out there. Well done!
love this game to be honest!! will admit that it took after the release of the iron lung movie to buy it properly, but i fw this game
I'll have everyone know every time I turned around I picked up that fire extinguisher I was READY
The tension is center stage here; there's not a lot of jumpscares or gore or anything like that, most of it is just a slow buildup of things slowly going wrong while you race against the clock (so to speak) to finish the game. It's a great experience in that regard, even though I can't help but wish there was more...going on? I haven't seen the movie yet and I wonder how they adapted the "story," because once you figure out how to effectively pilot the sub there's a good chunk of the game where not much really happens. The back of the sub has a console that you can interact with to read some more lore about the world, I wish you could maybe unlock more stuff with that as you progress further through the game. Your mileage will vary for sure.
Stellar. As short as it is, the game does best at what it sets out to do: building atmosphere, building dread, and leaving you wanting more. It's so nerve-wracking, and forcing you to rely on only a map and a motion sensor keeps you feeling boxed in and blind. Really, really good. I hope David makes more games like it.
Hi, I'm the thalassophobic friend of the user, and the one who bought the game. Initially, i bought the game for my friend, and they went "hey wanna play it together" PLEASE IF U HAVE THALASSOPHOBIA DONT PLAY THE DAMN GAME. The game is short if u know how to play it, we both just COMPLETELY IGNORED the instructions and decided to go in all blind. please dont do that. youre gonna take 4 hours to figure out that the letter "A" in the coordinates is NOT the altitude, BUT THE ANGLE OF THE SUBMARINE. overall 3/5 nutty putty cave/saddam hussein spot scaperoom ahhh
