Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.43/day in the week to Aug 17 → 5.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Petit jeu d’horreur indé qui se finit en 1 h 30. C’est un 10/10.
I didn't scream like a little girl. But I did shake like one.
Iron Lung is not only special because of it's unique gameplay hook but also because it manages to tell an incredibly gripping story filled with dark secrets, genuinely intriguing mysteries and blood lots of blood. All this from a single room, it's crazy how creative David Szymanski is, not only has he created the incredible fps game Dusk, he also managed to make a string of deeply disturbing and intriguing short horror games with Iron Lung possibly being his best. In Iron Lung, an unnamed convict pilots a cramped, sealed one-man submarine through an alien moon's ocean of blood. Humanity fights for survival after the "Quiet Rapture" erased all stars and planets. Blindly navigating via coordinates and a grainy camera, the player photographs anomalies while a massive, unseen creature stalks the depths. And with that premise you are welded into your submarine and left to your devices as you explore this ocean of blood taking pictures. The sense of discovery mixed with dread as you find more and more bizarre anomalies is genuinely staggering and whilst you'll never get the full picture you will find yourself asking more questions as this game will stick with you for a long time even though it only last a few hours.
Simple game with a simple premise and short gameplay, but still a great experience. The ending caught me waaayyy too off guard.
Once you get your submarine legs, it worth a play if you got a few hours.
it's iron lung.
When I had originally watched Markiplier play this game all those years ago in my head I thought "wow this game looks really boring" but then as I started watching the video more and more I got to fully get a grasp of this game and something about this game just clicked with me, when the movie came out this year that made it all the better. When I had then played it for myself it kept me on my feet. Even though the entire time I knew what was coming I was still nervous and the eeriness of the blood moon made it all the more worse. Then I started diving in the lore of the game and started understanding way more than I ever thought I would. David you made one hell of a game that has def made a lasting impact and I would recommend this game to literally anyone, even if its not your type of horror or your not into horror (like me) this game is def worth buying and trying it out for yourself if not then watching someone play it.
