About

Iron Core: Mech Survivor is a single-player roguelike top-down action game that combines the shrinking safe zones of battle royale, the strategic elements of tower defense, and the fast-paced gameplay of survivor-like games. The shrinking safe zone limits player movement but can be expanded through mining tasks. Meanwhile, resources are more abundant outside the zone, creating a high-risk, high-reward system that offers a fresh and thrilling experience for fans of roguelike and survivor games.

Ever heard a story of AI in a post-apocalyptic world? In Iron Core, AIs have guarded humanity’s last shelter for over a century, waiting for survivors. Each AI has its personality and motivations, but they are united by one mission: to save humanity and rebuild a shattered world—or so it seems. Featuring full voiceovers, rich storytelling, and subtitles, this narrative will keep you hooked.
Take control of advanced AI mechs, wield both melee and ranged weapons, upgrade elemental bullets, unleash devastating artillery strikes, summon laser drones, and trigger massive AoE soundwave attacks. With a variety of powerful skills and dazzling effects, battles fill the screen with chaos. Upgrade through card draws, but only the luckiest players will make it to the end.
Complete exciting missions to strengthen your mech. Destroy mutant nests, rescue and escort human survivors, establish satellite links for advanced weaponry, help rogue labs develop doomsday weapons, or repair broken bridges to rebuild the world. Every mission brings new challenges and rewards.
Under constant attacks from mutants, gather radioactive fuel, deploy mining drones, and transport reactor fuel back to your base. Power up the reactor to activate the climate control system and expand the safe zone. The farther you venture from the zone, the more resources you’ll find—but the risks grow exponentially.
Strategically build various towers to aid your missions. Some towers annihilate enemies, while others slow them down. Smart use of terrain and towers will make even the toughest missions easier to handle.
The initial release will include:
3 Maps
3 Mechs with unique weapon loadouts
5 Types of Defense Towers
20 Enemy Types
3 Boss-Level Elite Enemies
Prepare for a fast-paced, immersive, and strategic survivor-roguelike experience like no other!

DO NOT BUY YET. Game is broken to the point it is unplayable. From crashes and freezing to looping audio screaming mission failure for the rest of the map. So missions are designed so poorly they auto fail like escort missions that the timer is sorter than how long it takes for the truck to get to the destination so you fail in a way outside of your control. So door make the opening sound but don't and you have to abandom the mission loosing all rewards you gained that run. One day it will be a cheap and fun time but atm there is almost nothing fun (even ammo is hard limited so you can't just have fun blasting bugs) and it is a buggy mess where it took us 5 trys to complete 2 missions from game side issues.
the controls are horrendous, buttons will stay pressed if you enter a screen, and that was more upsetting than the fact that even the settings menu barely works. It needs a lot of work, I've seen better from games that were in testing in alphas.
controls dont work game play looks cool but nothing works. Constantly getting stuck in hidden menus that dont appear, auto fire randomly turns on, randomly cant rotate mech or shoot.
Not worthy for the price, ok when on sale. Almost no customizing upgrades between classes, campaign in coop are more like a tutorial map. Dashes has glitches with map collision
I had to end my run at level 504, round 18, swamp map. Games runs on 2 FPS because of the visiual effects. The promised co-op is a different game.
Great game, totally worth the buy.
Not very fun. The game lacks weapon diversity, and the existing weapons have no synergy between them. The achievements are not enjoyable to complete; some are just annoyingly time-consuming for a game that is not fun to begin with. Co-op mode can only be played with friends, since almost no one plays this game. It becomes too repetitive quickly, with little gameplay variety, and the external unlocks do not feel rewarding enough. The graphics are not compelling, and sometimes it is hard to see what is happening because of the cluttered design, not from bullets but from poor visual choices. Upgrades, mission completions, and wall destruction all feel laggy, as if the game takes a moment to realize they happened. The UI is also poorly designed and confusing. Don't waste your time or money here if you don't have any to waste.
great mech game
小体量游戏,购买价格也还行,也不亏
