What I get from it is it revolves around a teenager going through adult hood and having to relive past memories in order to better himself. 3 Main Acts, Overall enemies weren't difficult to fight, healing mechanic between acts was great. Didn't see and encounter any bugs during gameplay would overall recommend to users. Only thing I thought was a little annoying but probably just a fault on my part was not having dialogue get auto-exited after taking damage.

The game is alright, found the combat to be kinda boring. The bosses didn't really pose any challenge. The story didn't really peak my interest. I liked the pixelated art style. I didn't really feel like the characters had much depth to them. I only found a couple of bugs while playing the game which is always nice. I will list the issues below. Overall I would give this game a 6/10. I see the effort and passion just kinda felt like there could've been a better execution. Bugs: 1. when in the first act, if you get to the bedroom and checkout all of the posters. anytime you press E while not looking at anything, it will tell you about the Gurrenn Lagann poster. 2. found journal page 5 three different times in different locations 3. not really a bug but some of the text has starting quotations but not ending quotations.
game very fun to play through and the story was very relatable. would have loved the opportunity to play more and learn more about daniel's past, or maybe even hear from the bosses about what they represent in daniel's life. nice quick fun and would recommend!
"Introspection" is a rather poorly made 3D rendered 2D top down twin stick shooter where you shoot a bunch of baddies and plod through a little bit of narrative... the poor visuals are really the killer here but I don't think the assets are flipped, so that's something, I guess. This features fairly low quality low poly 3D visuals which will deter a lot of gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and it's clear the developers behind this didn't understand that. Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Of course, just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 3 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Not this time. This isn't worth downloading. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, even when the game is free, it's still not enough.
Not sure what that Frank guy is on about. This game had me feeling like Commander Shepard sitting down as the Normandy's captain for the first time. Real John Halo vibes coming from the main character. If I had to compare this game to others I've played: I'd say it's got all the free roaming creativity of Minecraft, mixed with the action packed warfare feeling you get playing Phantom Forces. Disappointed in the driving mechanics though... It seems like adding cars and traffic in was an afterthought. Maybe they can fix this in the sequel?
