International Basketball Manager 26

I've been a fan of the IBM games since the 2009/10 version, and I'm really glad to see yet another game come out. I still think it's the best basketball management game out there and the rest don't come close. Some bugs are expected at launch, but so far they haven't been game-breaking for me. Maybe one for the devs in case no one has raised this: - While managing in Portugal, i noticed that the League rules defaulted to minimum arena capacity 6000. Not a single club in Portugal has an arena that big, even Sporting, Benfica or Porto's are around 3000 maximum. This means all arenas then automatically become 6000 capacity arenas and it becomes too easy to make a lot of money from ticket sales. - With managing National Teams I've noticed that if you submit your squad for World Cup Qualifiers for example, you can't change it for the entire qualifier. So if a player gets injured while playing for their clubs, you can't call someone else in their place. - Also, as I am the Portugal national team coach, we don't have a lot of good players. I noticed and was really happy that we've somehow had a player be selected in the 1st round of the NBA Draft, however after his first season he was released by the Bucks and disappeared. Was a 78 rated player that realistically would've been able to secure a contract somewhere in Europe at least. Keep up with the great work, I'm really enjoying the game so far!

Very unrealistic game nba games with results like 70-75 and similar very very bad game.

Same game as IBM23, just international games added, but they have not change even a single menu option or screen. In addiction, in the editor the jerseys button doesn't work, you can't update the jersey pictures, and still the same bugs in editor as for example, you can't write "VJ Edgecombe", because the editor change it to "Vj Edgecombe", and I didn't try it, but for sure you will have problems to use spaces in teams names as in IBM23. I still have to check if they improved bugs as for example when at the end of season in NBA the MVP of season is not a player who appeared in the best 5 players for position... I hope they fix soon the jerseys editor bug or I will have to return the game...

Muy recomendable. Es un juego de manager muy entretenido y a cualquiera que le guste el baloncesto, especialmente el baloncesto FIBA, le va a encantar. Lo mejor de esta edición es que han añadido competiciones de selecciones y que en España puedes jugar con equipos de Segunda FEB. Con lo mods que hay, puedes poner las plantillas reales y confío que en un futuro puedan sacar una actualización con ligas licenciadas y más ligas jugables.

Amaizing game.I am playing this game every day around 2 hours. The best thing is Nations,the best thing they could add. Only thing they need to fix is real schedules. That would make game to the next level.

Una nueva edición del IBM 3 años después nos trae las selecciones nacionales, con sus respectivas competiciones, y más paises jugables, con más categorias inferiores. Poco a poco debe ir consolidandose IBM como el manager de baloncesto por excelencia del mercado. Intuitivo, divertido, y con bastantes opciones, sin llegar a sentirse abrumado como pasa con el Football Manager. Lo mejor de todo, sin duda, la continuidad del editor, imprescindible para parchear las competiciones a la vida real. La comunidad no para de sacar MODS para disfrute de todos los fans de la saga. De cara a futuras ediciones, estaria muy bien ampliar opciones tanto defensivas como ofensivas, asi como mejoras en el sistema de fichajes. Lo dicho: mejor manager de baloncesto del mercado, y opción más que válida para pasar buenos ratos, y intentar llegar a lo más alto en el mundo del baloncesto. Recomendable 100%.!!!

It's ok, there are things that could be improved like the flow of a match, I think the playbook is a bit hard to customize and counterintuitive. The 2d engine has some hiccups every now and then(For example the text simulation says someone dunked the ball but in 2d mode all the players are chilling in the middle of the court, this happens sometimes after simulating a quarter), also after playing a champions cup(I don't remember the actual name but it was a preseason cup) the other team ran out of players and lost, this happened at the beginning of the tournament. I like that I can load the whole world with 9000 players, the presentation is good, looking for players is cool and easy to do(compared to Pro basketball management) and I like that you can customize your arena. Last thing I wanted to mention is that the game is not really that big of an improvement compared to the last IBM but I really want this team to thrive and improve the formula in future releases, because in my opinion licenses for different european competitions and international basketball, are cool, but the core gameplay is really lacking. The game looks great generally . Especially interfaces of the game and EUROBASKET mod make you more patient to play ı think. But general gameplay is still same with IBM 23 . This thing explain what the problems are. Lemme tell you: 1.LICENCE PROBLEM in IBM 23 the game had all license of europe almost and the iconic euroleague and eurocup intro . Those things make you keen during playing the game . IBM 26 just have bcl license and local leagues like turkish league , ABA or something . 2.TRANSFER PROBLEM When making transfers, options are limited; I mean, when you try to make an offer for a player, you should be able to include an option in the contract. And players in their final year almost demand full salary. As if that weren't enough, player transfer fees are exorbitant. 3.REALİTY In real life, some NBA players become free agents mid-season, and teams focus on the NBA pool because EuroLeague players aren't easily given away for free. It would be great if these kinds of simulation elements could be added, without needing to be manually enabled or disabled. But althought ı like this game and ı recommend to the all of basketball fans especially european basketball fans cause this game like based on european basketball . Yeah there is an NBA copied league in the game but you might like more european side more. Have a nice day guys.
