INK is a fast-paced platformer about using colorful paint to uncover your surroundings. Defeat all enemies in the room and reach the goal! However, the terrain is invisible, so you need to discover the terrain by physically bumping into it, by performing a double jump or by, well, dying.

Works on PortMaster now! Thank you so much for a great game.
Good platformer
The game is somewhat enjoyable to play when you first get into playing, however I didn't get that same feeling of 'I want to play more'. like I do when I play other games. There are only a few levels, and they are fun for the most part and filled with timed jumps and parkour challenges, however there are some real issues that make playing certain levels non-enjoyable. GL!
Neat little platformer but a lack of settings or accessibility options makes it so I can't recommend it.
Pros -Music :3 -sound effects -the world building is good -the boss is surprising -animation is well made cons -lacks story depth -no adjustments on difficulty -get repetitive
Not a bad little precision platformer! Definitely a fun and colourful aesthetic and vibe. Not for everybody but if you got that itch only high skill ceiling and execution gameplay can scratch this is a good one to try,
As a recently graduated game dev, I was fascinated by INK. It takes what is otherwise a very simple, tried and true gameplay framework, and adds literal rainbow sprinkles to it. This game is a fantastic example of taking a simple idea and seeing how far it can go. I've played INK on my Steam Deck, on my desktop, and my laptop and had a seemless experience through every medium. INK doesn't punish your failure. Sure, you are reset to the beginning of the stage, but your failure has now given you better insight into how to succeed and learn from your mistakes. Quite literally, it's analogous to our human experiences of learning from our failure. Where some games you die and the game mocks you with a 'YOU DIED' or 'CONTINUE??' screen, INK is well aware you know you died. It knows it's puzzles are illusive, and your prize for getting a bit farther that level is a glorious POP of pixelated rainbow showering on the world around you, literally filling it with color. You tried and failed, but now that you have, you're better for it. What was once completely invisible is now... almost beautiful. Every double jump, every death reveals a pixel more of the world moving and breathing around you. Keep trying, keep pushing, keep learning, and eventually you'll have what you need to see the path to what you want. Yeah, it's all squares and rectangles. Yes, it kinda looks like the impossible game and super meat boy got shoved in a paint bucket and "shaken until mixed" But, it's good. I'd say great. It's a cheap little game you can pick up for couch change that's both surprisingly challenging and fun. I appreciate you sharing your gem with us ZackBellGames!
