Incrempire has been a pleasant surprise. If you’ve played Maktala or Slice the Crops, you’ll immediately recognize the satisfying idle progression, but Incrempire adds its own personality with a darker fantasy theme, castle upgrades, and constant unlocks that keep you chasing the next milestone. Compared to Maktala, the progression feels a bit faster early on and rewards active play without forcing you to grind endlessly. Compared to Slice the Crops, it has more variety in upgrades and a stronger sense of building an empire rather than just increasing numbers. The gameplay loop is simple but addictive: upgrade, unlock, prestige, repeat. Watching your damage and resources snowball is incredibly satisfying, and there’s always another upgrade to work toward. The art style is colorful, the animations are smooth, and it runs well. If you enjoy idle/incremental games with meaningful progression like Maktala and Slice the Crops, Incrempire is absolutely worth checking out. It’s easy to pick up for a few minutes or sink hours into without realizing it.
