Incoherence

Like most Glitch Games, the tone and quality is all over the place, but it's still worth the hour or two.

I've played all the previous Glitch games, albeit on Android, and being a huge fan was expecting great things. The game is typical Glitch with tricky puzzles and think out of the box clues. It is well worth the asking price and a guaranteed head scratcher. However, it felt like it didn't quite reach their previous high standards. It had very annoying text boxes that kept popping up saying "look at this, look at that", as if in a puzzle game you need prompting. Each room had only a few puzzles (and being point and click only a few places to look), good as they were it still seemed like the game was short on something. But It is still well worth playing as a classic in the genre (as all Glitch games are).

I mostly play point and click puzzle games, but I really don't get this one. Without the hint system I would have been completely lost. Even with the hints, I couldn't finish this game. It also felt disconcerting having an adult voice read lines that a kid would say.

Fun game with very logical puzzles. The difficulty is just right, and the hints are very helpful for the tougher challenges. I also appreciate that it's non-horror, 2.5D (I can't deal with wobbly cameras), has no excessive backtracking, and features minimal dialogue—just straightforward, enjoyable puzzles. The in-game photo mode is actually useful, so I didn't need to use pen and paper. Love it!

Its roughly around a 3-4 hour journey full of observational puzzles that will test your deduction ability. With the hint system in the game you won't have to worry about looking up a guide if you get hard-stuck as the answers are all in game. I cannot stress enough how I like the camera and hint system design and it should be in more puzzler/deduction games. Sometimes you brain just won't click, ya know? The game takes you through four sections of four contained puzzle rooms, each unique and with their own special little puzzles to solve. Even the four room themselves hold a secret to progress. The games from this dev really are quite keen on your observation skills. Observe. Reflect. Solve. The answer is always provided around you, Some of the puzzles might even require you to do something first in order for the answer to be usable. I've played three of this developer's games and so far I have not been disappointed. In fact I don't think I've even seen the same puzzle used twice. If you like puzzle games that will test you without being vague in a bad way, then you'll love this; while some things might be vague you can always piece it together with a little critical thinking. Clever. Good puzzles. Good graphics. Bug free. Didn't really take 5 hours. Had to check on dinner as I was playing. Point and click with linked puzzles. 4 scenarios per group - moving from room to room then rearrange the same group to finish the last puzzle and get a key to the next set. Story is a bit minimal but the puzzles are relatively easy. I like the camera and pencil to mark up the shots rather than having to take notes. Helpful hints if you get stuck.

MOST of the game is very enjoyable and the puzzles are logical and fun to solve (some easy and some hard). However just a 'couple' of them make absolutely no sense and are off the wall ridiculous. Now granted, for just a few bucks, who would complain. But look at it this way, if there was one little turd in a barrel of apple-juice, would you want to drink it...[;-D)

I recommend all the Glitch games :-) Fun logic riddles, interesting plot, extraordinary ideas.
