This is game has become my favourite game of all time! It's just an impeccable game with a moving story and incredibly well written characters. I could not recommend this game enough!
Just. Awesome. A rather unique take on the timeloop genre with a really compelling story. ISAT excels in immersing the player in the protagonist's emotions using their inner monologue and the gameplay mechanics. The gameplay is quite tedious during the middle of the story, but that's the game's only major flaw imo. Another highlight is the characters. The main 5 are so lovable and complex, and amazing representation of queerness and multiculturality, in a way that really speaks to me, that says 'I see you'. I will murder for this little family and I will not feel remorse. I would also do anything to give Siffrin a thousand hugs. TL;DR: The game crushes your soul and then pieces it back together again and you will thank it for that as the credits roll. Go play it before you get spoiled any more.

OK! Do not go into this expecting deep, intricate gameplay. The RPG parts itself are relatively straightforward and become increasingly trivial as you go along. This is fine for reasons I can't really go into because--and I don't usually consider this valid--spoilers. I will warn you that this story's content warnings are quite serious. It's an emotionally heavy game. There's a lot of quality lore. It's worth, and often necessary, to interact with everything. If you're the kind of person who feels emotionally connecting to a game is 'lame' and 'cringe', just move on. This is not FOR you. You will not appreciate it. The game is very LGBTQ friendly. It's pretty leftist. And then, in some small ways, subtly scuffs a sacred cow or two. It's good, it manages to avoid a lot of the pitfalls of the genre, and I would say it offers a new way things can go that Undertale and Deltarune don't actually tread on.
This is a fantastic game, and felt like a deep dive into depression and getting stuck in what feels like an endless routine of the same thing every day, mixed with the anxiety and fear of opening up after spending so long isolating yourself. Had to take occasional breaks as the heavier moments triggered my own depression, still 10/10
