in Death we Love, genuinely was, a really pleasant, short experience, the world design and it's art style are main selling point here, as there's not really much of a "game" as such to play, as the only mechanic's are move forward and sprint, however that doesn't take away from the fact it does really feel more like you're stepping into mind of the developer, to experience what feel's like a painting that has been brought to life, it's genuinely stunning. I honestly I would recommend you check this game out, it's more than worth the 10 ish minute's it take's to complete! Solid 6/10
Николай Гумилёв — «Заблудившийся трамвай» (1921)
Игра на 12 минут, требующая от вас умения нажимать две кнопки и созерцать.
An abstract experience about looking at the death of everything from a positive and fearless perspective. It has very little interactivity. I liked both geometric, particle-based visuals, and ambient soundtrack. There are some nice scenes to screenshot too, if you like gothic aesthetics.
I'm currently doing a challenge to play through a free game in every single category on steam. I then give an honest review using ChatGPT.
Game: 139 / 447 Category: Abstract You play as some skeleton dude and mostly just press W. Occasionally you hold Shift to ride a horse a little faster. That’s about the extent of the “gameplay.” Eventually, it leads to a cutscene with some flashing colors and vague visuals. It’s not really interactive—it kind of just happens while you’re there..
goooogd
I did not know what to expect but name of this game and art style just had me from beginning :D great soundtrack — it gives chills and makes this journey feel more “alive” ;) I love how it looks; everything is a bit chaotic, but in a good way. whole concept creates a dark and slightly uncanny atmosphere. the story isn’t obvious, but somehow still understandable. I would love to play longer version but with the same atmosphere :) good work!
Mesmerizing unique art style and music. Don't ask me to explain what it was about.
Cool title, neat little interactive experience.
controllers work fine actually. its a short video where you have to hold down the play button or it stops. I liked it. The end was pretty.
