Impostor Online is a 4–16 player social deduction game of murder, lies, and paranoia. Every match you're dealt a secret role: investigate, heal, deceive—or kill. Someone at the table wants you dead. Find them first, or make sure they never find you.
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. The player count below is how many people own it, not what they spent.
About
Impostor Online is a multiplayer murder mystery and social deduction game for 4–16 players, inspired by Werewolf and Town of Salem. Every match, you're dealt a secret role. Someone at the table wants you dead. Find them first—or make sure they never find you.
Every night, killers strike while other roles investigate, heal, or scheme in secret. When morning comes, everyone argues, accuses, lies, and votes to execute a suspect. Repeat until one faction claims victory.
Three factions compete for control of the game:
Civilians hunt down every killer before it's too late.
Impostors eliminate the town until they outnumber the Civilians.
Neutrals pursue their own unique win conditions.
The Impostors are the murderers. They recognize one another at night, coordinate in secret, and choose one player to eliminate. They win once they outnumber the Civilians and no other killers remain.
The Investigator is the town's eyes. Each night, investigate one player and discover their exact role. The hard part is what you do with the truth. Reveal it too soon, and you might become the killers' next target.
The Nurse heals one player each night. Guess right and the killers strike an empty bed. But she can't heal the same player two nights running—and nobody ever thanks you for the kill that didn't happen.
The Hunter doesn't go quietly. If they're murdered at night or lynched during the day, they get one final shot for revenge. Lynch carefully.
The Killer has no allies. They murder one player each night and win only by becoming the last person alive.
The Jester thrives on chaos. Their goal: get lynched. Act suspicious, make terrible arguments, and let the town do the rest. Once lynched, they unleash a live bomb that can be passed from player to player before exploding.
Morning brings accusations, desperate defenses, and a public vote. Read the room, bluff with confidence, and trust no one.
