About

Idle Knight is an idle RPG where your character progresses as you use your PC.
Every interaction matters, mouse clicks, keyboard inputs, controller actions.
As long as you're using your computer, your knight is gaining XP.
The game runs in the background and is designed to fit naturally into your daily routine.
The concept is simple:
You don’t actively grind the game.
You progress by simply using your computer.
At first, progression feels fast and rewarding.
Over time, it slows down significantly.
At that point, the game shifts from passive growth to decision-making and optimization.
Each input generates XP.
Leveling up gives you stat points that define your character:
- HP : your health and survivability
- DMG : your damage output
- AGI : determines evasion and action speed
Your build directly affects how efficiently you progress and how well you perform in combat.
There is no single correct build.
You can focus on raw damage, survivability, or agility-based scaling.
However, as difficulty increases, inefficient builds will slow your progress.
This is where experimentation and optimization become important.
You are not locked into your decisions.

Special items, such as the Phoenix Feather, allow you to reset your stats while keeping your level.
This lets you test different builds and adjust your strategy over time.

Dungeons are structured challenges where you choose which one to enter based on its recommended level.
Each dungeon has a difficulty rating, and selecting the right one is important for your progression.
Once inside, you must climb through multiple floors, defeating enemies along the way until you reach the final boss.
Beating the boss completes the dungeon and grants rewards.
Rewards scale depending on the dungeon difficulty and your performance.
Dungeons are designed to test your build in real conditions.
A weak build will struggle to progress through the floors.
A well-optimized build will clear dungeons efficiently and unlock better rewards.

The game features a ranked system with multiple tiers:
Farmer → Stable Boy → Infantryman → Knight → Royal Knight → Warlord
You have a limited number of ranked attempts per day.
Winning increases your rank.
Losing decreases it.
Rank progression depends heavily on your build quality, not just playtime.
Idle Knight supports two playstyles:
- Passive play: progress in the background while using your PC
- Active play: optimize builds and push ranked progression
Most players naturally combine both approaches.
Cosmetic items are available through gameplay or purchase.
They are purely visual and have no impact on gameplay or progression.
Idle Knight is free-to-play.
There is no pay-to-win system.
All gameplay-relevant systems can be unlocked through normal progression.
Because progression is based on real input detection, the game includes an anti-cheat system.
It detects:
- macros
- automated inputs
- unnatural input patterns
The goal is to ensure fair competition in ranked mode.
Idle Knight runs on a custom engine developed specifically for this game by me (VECR).
It is designed for:
- real-time input tracking
- stable background performance
- long-term incremental progression systems
Everything is built specifically for this type of gameplay.
Idle Knight is a long-term progression game.
Progress naturally slows down over time.
The game is designed around optimization, planning, and gradual improvement rather than fast completion.

A Simple but fun long term idle game with a focus on Ranked PvP & Dungeon runs. Content wise for an Idle Game there isnt a lot compared to most, but for what they are aiming to achieve in regards to Daily PvP, customization, and a pretty solid anti cheat, it does it really well. If you have this running while typing/working/gaming you will enjoy the gradual progress. The Devs are pretty awesome too.
Wow anticheat in the ♥♥♥♥ idle game. The dev seems not to realize that people play multiple games at the same time. So I might get banned while this game runs in the background while I'm playing several other ♥♥♥♥ games with autoclickers (because autoclickers are part of the idle/clicker games, no one will play them manually.) Or any other non idle/clicker game as many many games uses macros. Nor does he not realise that macros are sometimes used for work. So the only time this game should be played is when you are not on your computer. Wow, revolutionary game idea. Kinda like the "The only way to win is not play" if you catch the reference. Unacceptable behaviour. No one likes idle/clicker games. People only play them as fast as they can to 100% then start the next ♥♥♥♥ game. Also somewhat terrible achievements, not the worst but another loss there. Otherwise the game is fine in ♥♥♥♥ games category (= idle/clicker games) so I'm feeling generous, 5/10

An excellent hybrid idle and competitive RPG with huge potential! (700h+ played) Having accumulated over 600 hours on the playtest and already 130 hours on this version, I feel I have the necessary perspective to explain what Idle Knight truly is. This isn't just a basic "clicker" where you click into the void for nothing. It is a strategic and incremental RPG focused on optimization. The goal is to progress your Knight, wisely manage your resources (like dungeon keys), and build your character to climb the leaderboards. The game features a real competitive dimension with its Ranked mode. Granted, the game is just starting its Early Access: there is no daily quest system yet (although it is planned!), and the very first minutes require a phase of active clicking to get the gears turning. However, the "Idle" (passive) aspect and the true strategic depth unlock very quickly. The hourly reward mechanics and the appearance of Mimics (which grant keys and bonuses) already provide a great rhythm to the gameplay. What makes me most optimistic for the future is the development team. The devs are human, ultra-responsive, deeply listen to the community, and adjust the balancing in real-time (such as limiting shop purchases to curb Pay-to-Win and boosting free drops) to ensure a healthy and fair game for everyone. If you love the mix of Idle and RPG elements and want to fight for the leaderboard, go for it. This indie project has a soul and immense room to grow! I also think that people posting negative reviews haven't fully grasped the game's depth yet; I highly recommend they join the community Discord to get some guidance and check out the Roadmap to see the bright future ahead!
Слишком долго ждать попыток для новых походов в пвп или дандж, либо плати
Must be played on the background is a very very long term game so don't ♥♥♥♥♥!
Simple idle and clicker too. I hightly recommend this clicker not because its like advanced etc because its not. But thing is community here is very nice and also game STAFF are incredible cool people :D so thumbs up for this mini-game. dont forget to join us into discord and lets have fun together :D Edit: Dont cry about not working cheating programs for super fast progress etc... This game is for fair play and also this is basic clicker on early access.. if you dont uderstand concept of this game and not like game leave comment for self because game itself is pretty balanced and fair and even system or paying got very highly balanced too so stop complaing kiddos and just get better in games
