Ichth.ys

Let me post the first review. Ichth.ys is a really interesting VN with a nice sci-fi/hacking plot. I really like the writing, the whole plot is revealed almost only through the dialogues, and this makes it amazing! The player discovers step by step the protagonists' characters and the whole topic, but at the same time, the player never knows who is right and who is wrong, and what will happen next. Normally, I'm not too much into VNs, but here I got caught and kept playing and playing, the story is so thrilling, it is really difficult to stop! Well done. The graphics are made of an interesting mix of low-poly 3D renderings and filtered images, this really fits the story and definitely has its charm. The music is well balanced and nicely put in the scene. It also has some hacking "combats" to tease the whole up, which is a nice diversion to the readings and brings some spices into the gameplay. I also really like the side information coming from the ichth.ys app, which I first discovered after a while... it brings a lot of deepness to the story! People are chatting in that app on their own, it really feels like it could get out of control... I'm wondering why it has no review at all because it should have many more! If you are into VNs, then I would definitely recommend it. And if not, then it is a really good game to start with, so download it and give it a try!
