wow, just WOW what an incredible experience the atmosphere, the sounds, the colors, the graphics and of course the story, everything about this game is absolutely incredible. the way some of the notes on the walls made me sick to my stomach, the way this topic was portrait is amazing, I am in awe. Thank you so much for this game <3
I love this game. Sadly it is rather short, but its totally worth playing. I wish there would be more games that portray a serious topic as good as this game does. The atmosphere is incredible and ARGH I JUST LOVE IT SM For someone who has experienced 'that topic' it really got to me and made me quite emotional. 10/10
wow
A short and horrifying little game that suffered from an unfortunate launch but still manages to deliver a genuinely unsettling experience.
Didn't really do it for me. I didn't find it scary or even really unsettling. The game relied far too much on picking up word documents with only a single sentence or snatch of a phrase on it. As such it only just about hints at a backstory of horrible crimes committed by the protagonist. And some of the environments do a better job of describing that story through environmental storytelling. If they're going to rely on notes, I feel the developer could have compromised on their artistic vision enough to make the story more coherent i.e. have longer but fewer documents to communicate the tale. It was particularly short as well, and without the quality there to back it up it really comes across as overpriced for what it is. Thankfully I picked this up in a bundle with the developer's other game, and there are hints of potential in this so I'm hoping for more of an enjoyable experience in the other one.
Psychological horror game about some deranged christian serial killer.

If you're constantly worried and paranoid about jumpscares, this game has no "jumpscares", except loud noises and flashing lights sometimes. More or less this is a..."simulator?" about the mind of a disturbed person. Not entirely sure why this game was needed, however it is text heavy. It does have some triggering themes in it, such as CSA and probably more, I couldn't entirely stomach the game down by myself because at times it did make me uncomfortable, however I would recommend watching a play through online if you really want to see what this is about. I feel like this game could've had a bit more justice done to it, especially considering how it is such a sensitive topic to go about making games of. It did however, do a good job at mentioning the constant cycles and loops of abuse, how one disturbed person may push their harm of disturbance on someone else and create a vicious cycle. The game did a good job at me constantly becoming paranoid every corner because I think somethings gonna jump out and assault me, but other than that if you like to read three words on a piece of paper every minute and like to be put through uncomfortable atmospheres and themes then this game is for you.
