About
In a long dead kingdom, a young dragon has unleashed a primordial gloom that swallows anything it touches. Your quarry lies now in the heart of the kingdom; Can you endure the monsters that lurk and halt the spread of the dark?
Gather your companions. Hold tight your faith. Acquire new strengths and venture into the endless night.

Holder of Place is a roguelike auto-battler card game. Each run you are sent deeper into a strange and fading realm, where you alternate between intense combat encounters, strategic follower choices, and unpredictable event opportunities — all leading up to a final confrontation against the Dragon.
Along the way, you meet random casts of followers with unique traits, and must decide who to RECRUIT into your party. You ARRANGE them so that they open up different paths of synergies and strategies. You WATCH them fight waves after waves of increasingly difficult adversaries, beasts, past nemeses, and sometimes... even yourself.
Wanderer, roam through dreadful dreams, ancient battlefield ruins, arcane cult enclaves, and beyond. Unearth darker secrets — about your past life and lost love in the kingdom, and the true origins of the Dragon.

fun. fates beloved go brrrrrr
hands down the best autobattler i've played in 2026, it's stylish, plenty of variety, and random modifications pool allows to have many different run vatiations after you've completed the main course
The visuals and atmosphere are really interesting. The gameplay is cool, and it's incredibly satisfying when you manage to pull off an effective combo. Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review because I lose all my save data every time I uninstall and reinstall it.
Excellent atmospheric auto battler. The systems are fun to experiment with, and the difficulty is tuned to be challenging enough to spark creativity but not so punishing as to be discouraging when losing a run
One of the beat roguelike deckbuilder, easy to learn but with a lot of depth
You should try it, it's fun!
Very fun, Nice roguelike aspect with the cards and the shop. It'd be a great idea if you were to be able to alter decks with your own selection of cards. W game!
A fun little game and as others already mentioned, it's not the next Slay the Spire but still worth it. What I enjoyed the most: - Art, BGM and Atmosphere - Game Lore - Controlled Randomness
Faith controls what cards are offered
its very good trust me
This game lets you make a lot of bees and dogs and bullets and I find that TERRIFIC achievements come in after the game is closed and sometimes it lags a lot, but it's okay <3
