I personally prefer victorian times (hope to see that soon) and wasnt sure if i was gonna enjoy it at the start. But i ended up finding it really interesting with the facts and finding a lot of fun figuring out how they would possibly dress in that time periode.
I LOVE THIS GAME! I don't remember how I came across it but I found it and wish listed it and it came out like days later so I was excited to buy and play it! I streamed it for 2 hours and had SO MUCH FUN!! Even my viewers wanted more! The artwork is lovely and the music is relaxing. The customization options are way better than I would have ever expected! I'm really excited for the DLC packs!! If you grew up on dress up games and like period dramas, this is the game for you!
A fun and intelligent game about fashion history. The garments and dresses are historical accurate, which makes it a very interesting dress-up game to play. Intuitive UI and great artwork. Looking forward to the 1920s-extension pack!

If you like dressing people up in historical fashion, this could well be the game for you... for it lets you do that... clue's in the name.
Absolutely and lovely and easy to work with. You cannot scroll down in your saved outfits but that's my only caveat. Spent over an hour playing my first time around. Very fun and many options. Hoping we'll get many more time periods soon. One feature I would enjoy is a challenge mode, where you have to be as accurate (or inaccurate) to the time period and venue/location as possible.
Don't waste your money. the customization options are extremely limited for both the clothes and the physical appearances of the avatars. it was very disappointing to not be able to customize things like shoes and hair accessories. there is another quality issue with the historical facts page in the men's 1680's section-the language is in Norwegian. you can play infinitely better dress up games for free in your browser.
Historical Fashion Dress Up lets me make old-timey women look beautiful and the men look as dumb as humanly possible. Splendid time overall. The dress-up options are surprisingly fun to mess around with, and half the entertainment comes from seeing how historically accurate or absolutely ridiculous you can make everyone look.
Such a fun, cute little game! I have had it wishlisted for a while now and was very happy it went on sale so I could afford to try it. The planned updates sound amazing too! :)
This game is wonderful, it shows beautifully how much love has been put into it, I would really love to see and mostly learn more with this game. In the matters of playability it's very stimulating, in terms of knoledge it's also very stimulating, but i would like to see more, though I'm enthralled with what i have learned here, I have been left with so many questions and interest so I really want to see more in the educative dimention of this game. Overall I'd say is very worthy on what it promises and I expect geater things in the future
