Reviews
I am returning to this review of "Highway Bus Rush." I do not tend to say many words in my other reviews. They for the most part consist of only a dyad of words and nothing else. However as I was sitting there after achieving the blue ribbon on the popular 2020 video game "Resident Evil 3" (Remake), my mind started to wonder, my library was growing scarce of new games to play. Yet, in this moment of reflection, one game came to my mind... "Highway Bus Rush." Now, this isn't a new game that I have recently purchased but a game I am returning to. This game... nay, this masterpiece was crafted in the forges of Titan, heated in the center of Sol, and was assembled by the greatest minds our planet has ever seen. You play as a bus driver, presumably rushing to get to his destinations on a highway filled to bursting with traffic. Your goal is to weave in and out of traffic for as long as you can without crashing and obliterating your passengers in the process. When you do eventually crash due to your ever increasing velocity, you will receive currency based on the quality of your performance and the distance you managed to travel. You may use this mystical currency to acquire better buses. Afterwards, when you feel like you need more of a challenge, the team of Harvard graduates I mentioned earlier concocted a challenge mode where you have the option to do eccentric challenges to amass more currency. Throughout all of this madness and chaos, the game rushes towards you, you can always have a good chuckle when you are going 140 miles per hour into the back of a truck and you shout "Who put that there!?" Overall, this game is a very good and has had time and effort put into it. Definitely worth the two dollars.
5 stars. Amazing game and the music made it better.
