Quem curte Rick and Morty provavelmente vai gostar do game.
Oh boy. I really wanted to like the game, very colorful, the Guns are very interesting mechanically and okay on comedy, but everything else around it is horrible. FIrst off enemies arent smart or tacitcal, they are just bullet sponges, so you take the highest damage weapon and start firing, there is no strategy in switching out guns unless there is a puzzle in the arena itself that you want to interact with. Secondly, the NPCs are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying, they just keep on and on and on and on with their bit, talking for 10 minutes straight about the same ♥♥♥♥. Its funny the first hour, then it just becomes annoying. Finally the Maps are... mostly linear, with lots of places that are just empty expect hidden tresure chests that are a pain to find because the radar is useless and so is the scan. So good luck trying to collect everything. Movement is crisp and fun, expect the Jetpack is slow as ♥♥♥♥ and ruins any fun you can have with the run and gun and the hookshot and melee combos. Honestly, its amazing, i usually complete games 100% so losing me not even 8 hours in without active frustration is amazing, its just boring. The only games I drop are the frustrating ones and the ones that are so boring that I can't stand it. Somehow this one made it into the second category despite being so damn colorful.
This is one of the funniest games I've played and has a nice difficulty along with fun puzzles i would recommend this game plus you get a gallon of free alien ♥♥♥ so that's worth it
Nice game. You can knock the main story down in just a few sessions. Cool side characters, fun interactions, and a bunch of **** jokes.
So this is a game from one of the Rick and Morty creators. I've only seen a few episodes of that cartoon - can't say I'm a huge fan. But the game is hilarious. The guns and enemies talk non-stop throughout, so much so that the developers actually added a setting to make them speak less often. I left all the chatter on and loved every minute of it, through the whole game and the DLC (which follows Knifey, the protagonist's talking knife companion). The humor is very down to earth - mostly farts and sex - but it still lands. There are some fun homages too (Attack on Titan, Returnal, Doom, Alien Isolation), though most of them are in the DLC. Gameplay is ok: a fairly simple shooter, but with really nice guns. They don't just talk - they're genuinely useful for puzzles and combat right up to the end. Graphics are mediocre, but that's expected; the devs clearly didn't have a big budget, and just as clearly were passionate about the game. If you like shooters and don't mind some toilet humor, give it a try - you won't regret it. The DLC is well worth it too: short, concise, and a lot of fun, with new weapons and a boss fight.
Zumindest hinterlässt "High on Life" diesen Eindruck.
Great adventure.
It's not a revolutionary in any way, but it plays fine and the humor really elevates the game experience. Can absolutely recommend, but don't expect perfection.
