Love the feel of the movement and the wall running! The music is cool, fits the fast pace!
I've been playtesting this game since it's conception. Chris is an incredible dev who constantly improves this game. I can't believe how far it's come, the movement is so supremely satisfying, especially when you get into a flow state. I had a pretty insane build where I had 8 panda cannons, and I nearly broke the game with how many pandas were on screen at once with some of the perks I had to go with them. Chaotic, punishing, and FUN! There's a ton coming down the pipeline, and the future of this game is bright.
Been playing this game since the Kickstarter. It's been amazing to watch it take form and grow. This game has style, and the dev has added so much since it first started. Super excited to see it in early access and am excited to see what he adds next.
A day in, and the launch jank has been seriously improved... It's a TON of fun. The dev is already hard at work with patches and Steam Deck performance is great now.
Awesome Sauce! I highly recommend this game, fun times have been had, and much pain has been had xD Thanks for the chance to play this before release Chazak Games! I look forward to trying to get that black belt!
The game is good. It is unique, creative and fast.
The good
1. Gameplay 2. Creativity 3. Music 4. Developer and community 5. Tutorial 6. Bosses and enemies.
The okay/bad
1. The UI is okay. Not good, not bad. 2. It's sometimes hard to tell what's going on. 3. Runs can feel repetitive. It's totally worth it for 10 dollars, and even more worth it on sale.
I love this game. It's going to get even better. a small suggestion would be to customize your UI. in fast past games like this, I tend to over look my health unless its right in my line of sight. Also, your music has a beat that slows down in a way that it feels like I'm running out of time for something. The core gameplay loop is fun, but the same stages over again after each death can be a bit tedious making the player lose interest. Update; Steam Cloud needs to be added. It would be great to pick my game up where i left off. I started the game on my ROG Ally X and was wondering why I had to do the intro again.
Playing on deck Overall, it's a solid, fun, and addictive gameplay loop. There are several issues - the preferences never save between sessions. Sensitivity always resets to 2, and the controller layout will display the changes, but will actually still be mapped to the original buttons. Have to reset to defaults and then revert to my preferences again. As you get further, performance drops. The game slows down - the frames drop, the recipes don't trigger when they're supposed to, parries stop working, the character gets stuck. It could also use a more in-depth tutorial. I'm having fun with it though, and despite it's early access hiccups, it is a great game. Recommended for those looking for some popcorn fun
It's like a cross between Fruit Ninja and Ghostrunner. Fruitrunner, if you will!!!
feels like a 3d vamp survivors, the controls on xbox feel wrong, i dont like crafting mid fight i would prefer to collect mats then before the next area you can craft it, the bears are very funny but feel very underpowered, but i do have high hopes for this game keep up the great work
