This company has another interesting little game. Rotating block puzzle. Each illustration is warm and loving. Each puzzle block must be rotated, and by default, none is at the correct angle. The operation is slow, sluggish, and a bit unsettling. A total of 42 levels. The clearance time is nearly one hour. Complete the level and achieve full success. There is a built-in reminder, making playing more effortless. Friendly price. Cute little game. Some of the levels are a bit tricky due to the number of lines involved. This game may be unsuitable for players who have poor vision or other vision-related troubles, such as Visual Vertigo.
A game that gets more tedious the longer you play it. You go from puzzles involving the cats to puzzles involving the backgrounds. It feels very repetitive and outright boring when you come back to the same picture later in the game - might as well have had puzzles involving both the cats and their backgrounds at the same time rather than coming back to the same later on. The game can be somewhat relaxing, is cheap and has cute drawings, but in the end it ends up being tedious due to mechanics that make it feel like you're going backwards.
This is an organizing puzzle. It gives the feel of how a librarian's life would feels like when sorting out the books neatly on the book shelves.... The difficulty is nonexistent but it's time consuming none the less like all sliding puzzles except in this one they started out on the right position and you just need to rotate them to the correct orientation. So it doesn't really require a lot of brain juice, and it's rather calming and relaxing all the way. Really, it just feels like returning a bunch of books to the correct book shelves... and we can do it on our pace, slow and steadily... and it's weirdly satisfying when we get all the orientation in correct order. That alone is the reward i guess. There's 20 puzzles in the game split in halves, you do the 1st halves on the first 20 stages and the second halves starting on stage 21, so it's not that overwhelming in pieces too and one can really enjoy the calmness this game tries to provide.
I think some of the reviews are confused, because yeah, there's no cloud save, but there IS a local save I think? Technically? Like if there isn't then it basically doesn't matter if you're only counting completion as achievements being unlocked-- the level navigation menu isn't the clearest, and when you reload it starts you at the beginning by default. You can still level select to where you left off (check your achievements!) and get all achievements just fine. Personally I'm fine with not having extra nonsense stored on my computer for such a small game, idk. It doesn't really need it imo. I actually found the first levels supremely boring and was worried I would hate this, but it gets harder as time goes on and that was actually much more fun for me. YMMV. You can alternate left and right clicking to tilt the tiles one way or another, which helps levels go by faster. If you see this on sale or bundled cheap, give it a try and see what you think.
This game doesn't save your progress and while you are trying to find your progress, you can accidentally delete your progress, which means the things that have been unlocked will have to be unlocked again so you can continue on with the game. This is the stupidest setup I have ever seen and makes what is supposed to be a relaxing game far from it. Buy something else. There are much better puzzle games out there that do not work against you.
