About
Hermitage is a first-person survival simulation set in the rain-drowned forests of Jharkhand, India, where you manage finite resources while deforming from the mutated food you eat.
Hermitage is a death-spiral with no clean way to play — the water, the meat, and even the fruit all taint you, and the only win is one more grey morning. From a one-room cabin you keep rituals against the dark: a radio that breathes static, a two-player card game played all alone, a prayer to a Kali mask nailed to a tree — while a journal fills in, one morning at a time, the story of who you've lost.
