i just wanna kick off the review saying that this game was ABSOLUTELY. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. AWESOME. to summarise it, there's three characters, Space, Time and Nil. "her tears were my light" is a simple indie game that takes the concept of time and rewinding/loading your game in visual novels and implements it into the actual gameplay, you play as Time, who eventually meets Space while wandering through the void, and the story continues from then on, and- it's literally just perfection. came in expecting a simple indie game, left with an existential crisis. it's short, for sure, but it has a lasting impact. every visual, every dialogue, it all has meaning behind it and it's so cool!!! in a melancholic way. the OST was really fitting and i loved it lots, but i think my personal favourite aspect would be the artstyle!!! it's SO cute!!!!!!! and then there's the gameplay and dialogue, which was also really interesting and fun to mess around with, obviously a 10/10 game. it's cheap and it's amazing!! you should absolutely try it
