About

Hellfire Factory is a 3d gay bara point'n click adventure game about serving demons, men and monsters, gay sex, domination, degradation, bdsm and being submissive.
Note: The game is anything but vanilla, and sex scenes range from sucking dick to more extreme scenarios like being turned into a urinal at a truck stop. Proceed at your own risk.

Story
Goblin Bry is hired to investigate the deaths of demon workers at Hellfire Industries, a factory collaborating with the denizens of hell. Immortals don't usually die easily, and Bry finds himself thrown into a much bigger mystery than he could ever imagine. His very soul now belongs to the factory and its demonic workers and bosses. It'd be in his best interest to try and please or pleasure them as well as he can. Demons love toying with little mortal souls, after all.

💬 Supportive Caveat I’m recommending this for accuracy and audience targeting, not because it’s broadly appealing or because it aligns with my personal tastes. I played about 45 minutes and stopped, because this game is built around a very specific erotic framework that is absolutely not my thing. This is explicit M/M sex, but it is not necessarily “MLM” in the identity or romance sense. I cannot tell you what any character’s sexuality is because the game is not really about that. It’s about demon men using an imp for sexual gratification inside a power hierarchy where the player character is submissive, owned, controlled, and frequently humiliated. If you are shopping for gay romance, mutual desire, tender bara, or even just “normal horny,” this is likely not what you think it is. Before you buy, you need to read every single warning on the store page. Not skim. Not assume you’ve seen this kind of warning list before. Read it carefully, because the game includes content such as: domination and BDSM, degradation and humiliation, bodily fluids in sexual contexts (including urine), spitting, objectification (including being turned into an object to be used), forced or non-optional transformations into objects or small creatures, shrinking and being played with, being shoved into bodily orifices, and sex with monsters and humanoids. The store page is extremely direct about the content, and the best way to avoid regret is to treat that list like a checklist: if any of it turns you off or squicks you out, do not impulse buy. I am not shaming any of these kinks. I’m saying plainly that this is niche, extreme fetish material and the average buyer who sees “adult gay bara point-and-click” and clicks purchase without reading will probably bounce hard. If this exact cocktail of domination, humiliation, monster sex, and bodily-fluid play is your fantasy, you may have a great time here. If it isn’t, you won’t. 🎮 Gameplay & Genre 3D point-and-click adventure with item-based puzzles, dialogue choices, and affinity-style progression tied to three bosses. There’s a quest log, new areas unlock as you progress, and a fast-forward function. Mechanically it works, though movement and maneuvering in the 3D space can feel clunky. The mystery framework exists, but the adult content is clearly the primary draw. 🔥 M/M Content This is sex-forward M/M fetish content with demons, monsters, orcs, and muscular humanoids, leaning into bara aesthetics. The fantasy is explicitly submissive and degradation-forward: servicing, being used, humiliation play, objectification, and transformation scenarios. This is not romance-forward and does not focus on mutual, enthusiastic equals. The protagonist’s role is closer to servant/property than partner. If you want intense domination fantasy with big musky men and monsters, this is aligned. If you want mutuality, tenderness, or identity-driven gay storytelling, that is not the emphasis. 🎨 Visuals & Style Indie 3D presentation with exaggerated muscular designs and an infernal industrial setting. Character art leans heavily into monster and beast-forward aesthetics, and some of the demons read more grotesque than sexy, which will be a plus for creature-kink players and a hard stop for others. The developer discloses some AI-generated elements (audio and logo images). Visual polish is decent for the price point, even if navigation and camera maneuvering can feel stiff. 🗣️ Tone & Writing The tone is direct and fetish-forward, with the power imbalance baked into the premise. This reads more like scenario-driven kink writing than relationship-driven storytelling. 👍 Best Thing It is unusually upfront about what it contains and commits fully to its intended fetish audience. 👎 Worst Thing Because the content is so extreme, it is easy for the wrong audience to buy it on assumptions and get blindsided. Also, the 3D movement can feel clunky. ⭐ Final Verdict Recommended for the specific audience that wants extreme M/M domination, degradation, humiliation, transformation, and monster sex content. Not recommended as a romance-forward or broad-appeal gay erotic adventure. Where do I even begin. This game focuses on M/M with extreme submission and degradation of the main character. I would say humiliation also, but the main character seems to love every second of being used and abused and altered and changed to please his masters/betters. This game is not for the faint of heart or for anyone looking for some type of romance VN. This is as far from that as one can get. There is no romance, there is only the submission of doing whatever is demanded of you. This game doesn't take itself too seriously, despite all the extreme action. I like that. It is a simple romp through an odd story, that I am actually curious to see where it leads. Having all the extreme action going on is like icing on the cake. The controls can be a little clunky and the way the camera moves can be a bit jarring. But it is a pretty standard point and click adventure. My only real issue with this game is that when the characters talk their heads are huge and take up a good portion of the screen. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but when there is action going on in the background, those heads can actually block what is going on. If you're like me and want to see all of the action going on, having those big heads in the way when they are talking is distracting. I want to see all the nasty stuff going on. I wish there was a way to hide them just to see all the action. So far I am enjoying this game a lot. I love the submission. I love all the extreme action and degradation. The characters are fun and funny despite being nasty creatures and demons. I just wish those heads weren't so intrusive on the action in the background.
