Hellbound: the Awakening

Hellbound: the Awakening is a fresh take on the highly popular Metroidvania genre. With its beautiful and dark 2D hand-drawn artwork, and presented in an over-the-top view perspective. The game's lore is heavily inspired by Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy poem. Players will be taken on a challenging journey, from a mysterious village surrounded by black plague, to Limbo, Lust, Gluttony, Violence, and other circles of Hell.
