very fun, but I feel like it drags on for too long with grinding I really love the concept though like really really
Before I played Heard There Was A Chosen One, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
Heard There Was A Chosen One is a fun, arcade-style top-down adventure game. I find the constant looming threat of "The Dark Lord" to be a fundamentally enjoyable concept: something about the push and pull of fleeing and momentarily standing one's ground is just plain fun and is reminiscent of classics like Half-Minute Hero. I'd recommend anyone reading this review to take the time to beat it at least once, which realistically, should take about an hour or less. I probably won't play it very often, but I can imagine that I'll play it every now and then just for the simple fun of it, and I would recommend it to anyone who had the free time.
