An enjoyable if not brazen Overcooked clone. The game is clearly and directly based off Overcooked, to such a degree that for a moment I thought the same developers had made it. Many basic mechanics from locomotion to crafting are absolutely derived from the formulaic, efficiency driven gameplay of Overcooked. Differentiating mechanics are added to diversify it besides the game being themed off healing instead of cooking, and additional mechanics such as having to diagnose patients results in extra layers to the systematic gameplay. There are loads of levels with different layouts, themes and swapped out mechanics which gives the game a good amount of substance for the price. The gameplay is quite satisfying and well balanced, although sometimes it feels like the detection range for interacting with objects is off. There's other glitches like things randomly clipping through the floor, players inexplicably being pushed away from objects and network issues but they're rare enough to not be much of a factor usually. The game having full online support is great especially with the amount of levels there are, although the fact that players don't gain any progress in their own game based off multiplayer is inconvenient. Character unlocks, achievement unlocks, level challenges and level rankings are all bound to the host. Many level challenges are also pointlessly self destructive or seemingly mis-labelled, nor does there seem to be any specific purpose to doing them at all. The game doesn't explain certain mechanics, such as being able to eject patients from the wheelchair by pressing throw or changing which organ is being printed via interacting with the machine multiple times. The English translation seems off sometimes as well. Definitely has a fair amount of roughness to it between the glitches, arbitrary challenges, host-bound progression and awkwardness of the interaction mechanics sometimes. Not sure why the early challenges in the game are so obsessed with feces either, which comes off as somewhat immature. But regardless it's thematically and mechanically different enough from Overcooked to stand out at least a little, the base system is satisfying and enjoyable, there's lots of levels to play through and it's all available in online multiplayer. 别买！别买！别买！ 对标《overcooked2》，《大救特救》可以说是烂到极致。首先，关卡设计非常不合理，越到后面越能看出设计者根本不知道什么叫做合理增加难度，经常设计一些反人类到无法忍受的流程。其次，交互做的非常差，使用和丢弃强行分成两个键位也就算了，拾取物品也做的非常烂。举一个最常见的例子：面对着一个箱子、这个箱子的描边也已经高亮的情况下，按下拾取键，你会发现你手里是旁边的箱子里拿出来的东西，次数多了真的不能忍。 烂的地方很多，就写这两点我觉得已经足够劝退了。总结来说就是坐牢游戏毫无乐趣。我已经上当了，现在已经没法退款了，只能写一条评论劝还没购买的各位回头是岸，别上当！这游戏和《overcooked2》完全不是一个级别的！
