Game is not the same The game has new aspects but they were created to make you spend money. Before they offered ways to get the elite pass with gold coins you accrue but now the only option is to pay with real money. I used to love this game and I still play it but each update they make seems less for us and more for the money. They already have tons of ad options so they definitely make their money on this game. It’s sad that it’s not enough for them.

Great game I enjoy this game even though I have issues that support can’t seem to help with.

Suddenly terrible So disappointing. A once beautiful and fun game made awful with banner ads cluttering up the now shrunken screen.

Used to be better They have made a lot of changes for the worse. You can no longer watch an ad to get extra moves, so it takes many more lives to win a level. It’s annoying and infuriating. They seem to have gotten very money-grubby. Constantly pushing things to purchase. They rolled out a new “card” mini-game, you can ask your teammates for certain cards, but not the “gold” cards. I have all of the regular cards, multiples of a lot of them, but only 1 or 2 of the gold cards out of 20 or so. It’s still ok, I play occasionally, but it’s not as fun as it used to be.

Game does not allow all functions to be played Fun game but does not open all options while playing. Examines me-cards come n last but lay or you need 75 pink gems and 75 pink gems never show up.

Hate ads bar My review is 5 stars I love this game and play it daily! But the new update makes me not want to play with the ads bar it made everything smaller and I do not like it!

Why ads now visible on levels? This was a 5 star game. I have had it for years and play it constantly. I’ve always recommended it because you can watch ads for power ups, but they were never in your face the entire time. Until today. Now there is a small bar at the top of the levels where ads are shown while you play. Very disappointing.

Unfair response to problems caused by glitches While the concept, graphics, social aspect, and variety are great, and response to problems and glitches has improved greatly, the individual levels have become so frustratingly unwindable with the number of moves provided, and the challenges that give you goodies have become impossible to win unless you get a win streak, that long term players are leaving because it has become too expensive to play. And this is destroying the best part of the game, which is having a team you like to play with. The changes to the challenge level means you have to pay money or you’ll be stuck on the same level- unable to win even after 50 tries. And the coins and power ups have become exceedingly rare, also requiring spending money to be able to win. And on top of that, they have increased prices of the power ups and coins by a lot. So we’re not talking about a dollar here or there or 5 dollars every couple of weeks. Not surprisingly, our team of 30 has lost 5 players in the past month. Three saying it’s become too frustrating and expensive to play, another 2 leaving because not enough on our team are willing to spend the money it takes to win things as a team. We have another couple of players considering quitting the game, and it is alarming because thed 2 have been on the team since 2020. But I can’t blame them because I am spending too much and will have no choice but move on to another game the way I moved on from Candy Crush when it became this way. That is the top issue. The smaller issue is glitches and ads that frustrate me and other players on about a weekly basis. We keep having trouble getting goodies or points from watching the ads because they won’t stop playing unless I close and reopen the game, or every time you try to x out of the ad it instead takes me to the promoted site instead to purchase the product, again and again and again.

Cool game It’s one of the best games I have ever played and I have been playing this for over 5 yrs or more
