Intrusive ads This game has become unplayable with the intrusive ads at the top of the screen.

I like this game I like this game because it is fun you don’t get bored and a 4 year old can this nice

Fun fun Fun I’ve played this on the same team for 6 years so far! So many different games and camaraderie!

Harry Potter Puzzle and spells My game will freeze up while I’m in the middle of game. Why so we always keep getting the same card all the time.I rarely get a new card during all the same and get over to many of them and other people don’t need them, so can you fix that on the cards and the freezing up whenever I go into my message board there’s never nothing there I have to wait and go back to would like for you to fix the bugs. I’ve been playing this game for many years every since you first came out with it. It would really be nice if you could fix this. I enjoy playing. In fact I have it on my iPad.It does the same thing on my iPad

I love this game I really do love this game. BUT they are extremely predatory with their microtransactions. And that’s why it’s two stars for me. Everything costs something, they try to trick you in VERY sly ways to buy their stuff, if you have an automatic payment set up, it’s super easy to accidentally buy stuff by just logging on. I hope they do better in the future because I’ve been playing it for years and it didn’t used to be like this.

Money Sucker I’ve been playing this since it first released and for as long as I can remember I have always gotten ads for extra moves up to a certain point in the day. Once I used the ads a certain amount of times it would no longer appear until it refreshed the next day. Recently I made a small in game purchase and since then the ads for extra moves have disappeared. I tried going to support and they just gave me a bs excuse that certain people get it for certain reasons but it’s pretty clear that it’s because I finally made an in game purchase. I brought this up, but again they just avoid it and say “your feedback is extremely valuable” and that’s it. It’s quite frustrating no longer having the ads because if I want to keep a streak going for certain events and all I need is one or two extra moves, I don’t want to spend gold/powers up just to do it. It seems like they take away the ads once you’ve made a purchase because they want you to continue to make purchases and therefore keep spending money. If I had known this would happen and start making the game more difficult to play and the qol of the game much worse prior to making the purchase, I never would have made the purchase in the first place. I am very disappointed with this game and it’s a terrible model to force players to either spend more money or have a harder time to play. If you look online and even in other reviews here you’ll see that others have ran into the same issue and you can see the BS responses in return.

Unfair response to problems caused by glitches While the concept, graphics, social aspect, and variety are great, and response to problems and glitches has improved greatly, the individual levels have become so frustratingly unwindable with the number of moves provided, and the challenges that give you goodies have become impossible to win unless you get a win streak, that long term players are leaving because it has become too expensive to play. And this is destroying the best part of the game, which is having a team you like to play with. The changes to the challenge level means you have to pay money or you’ll be stuck on the same level- unable to win even after 50 tries. And the coins and power ups have become exceedingly rare, also requiring spending money to be able to win. And on top of that, they have increased prices of the power ups and coins by a lot. So we’re not talking about a dollar here or there or 5 dollars every couple of weeks. Not surprisingly, our team of 30 has lost 5 players in the past month. Three saying it’s become too frustrating and expensive to play, another 2 leaving because not enough on our team are willing to spend the money it takes to win things as a team. We have another couple of players considering quitting the game, and it is alarming because thed 2 have been on the team since 2020. But I can’t blame them because I am spending too much and will have no choice but move on to another game the way I moved on from Candy Crush when it became this way. That is the top issue. The smaller issue is glitches and ads that frustrate me and other players on about a weekly basis. We keep having trouble getting goodies or points from watching the ads because they won’t stop playing unless I close and reopen the game, or every time you try to x out of the ad it instead takes me to the promoted site instead to purchase the product, again and again and again.

Cool game It’s one of the best games I have ever played and I have been playing this for over 5 yrs or more
