Cool but not I love the game when I can get into it. Most of the time it will start lo load then send me back to my Home Screen. Really laggy and to gain energy it takes way to long like 1 hour😐

Great game This is a Great they’re just one thing. You have to wait. Four minutes to just get one piece of energy and some task equals five energy so that’s just 19 minutes for one task.

Great Game BUT.. I’m a die hard HP fan & absolutely love this game BUT I HATE the fact we have to wait 4 mins for 1 energy. If the 50% energy help isn’t currently active then it sometimes takes 30-60 energy to complete a task. Yes there’s a few ads for 3 energy but that isn’t an always thing. Many many side quests to do & I like the story line in this game as well. You’ll definitely enjoy this game but as someone who doesn’t do in app purchases you need to have patience while playing. If you do purchase in the app you move along much faster.

Fun game, outrageous prices The story is interesting, there’s plenty to do, but OMG the prices for ANYTHING in this game is absolutely absurd! You also have to wait sooo long for this “energy” to do things. I’ve been playing for years… yes years (admittedly on and off because of how tedious it is to play) because it takes a crazy amount of time to complete anything

Useless Customer Service Ignore all the responses in these reviews saying to contact customer support if you have technical issues. All customer support does is send canned responses recommending you do what you have already tried. I don’t think they actually read what players write. Now I am unable to even load the game. I have enjoyed the game. I’ve played almost every day since December 2019. I was working on the latest chapter release. There have been innumerable bugs but historically they have been resolved in a day or two. However, I haven’t been able to load the game since last Friday. I have spent considerable time and effort to get the app loaded. Jam City Support just sent one basically canned response in 5 days. I guess I have no choice but to move on. If you are willing to risk all the time, enjoy the game. It is fun. Just realize, if there are any issues Support is superficial so you may not be able to complete the game. Update: The Jam City response is exactly what I expected. Basically canned and superficial. The link recommended goes to the exact same place I already entered a Help request. It took almost 5 days to receive the canned response to my original request. I responded within a couple of hours. It has been more than 48 hours with no response to my follow up. Jam City has personnel to respond to Apple App reviews within a couple of hours. If they were serious about actually helping players, they would similarly respond to help requests.

Game is total scam forcing players to buy energy to complete task is weak instead raise energy cap Literally been playing for over a month lots to do but guess what I can’t do? Use my energy through everything. I’m almost 7 year and still have 35 energy not nearly enough to do any mission or god forbid I try to do a limited ones. Devs seriously how hard is it to increase energy cap only so many people can pay and sheesh I watch every ad it’s just ridiculous I can see why players don’t play or feel like it’s a whole scam! Also how do Devs honestly expect anyone to complete these star events hosted every week literally forcing players to buy energy or never be able to complete comple shììì F this game

Energy I downloaded it because I like Harry Potter but no when I got on it was fine but then the energy started to annoy me I had to watch many ads and I am not gonna pay real money on this disgrace of a Harry Potter game

Luv but… Ok so I am obsessed with Harry Potter and I downloaded this game and I became obsessed with it! But I have three issues I just officially got sorted and so I wanted to change the house I was in on the game so I deleted it and redownloaded it but I couldn’t restart! How do u do that if u want to!? Also, why do we need to use energy to wonder or eavesdrop if it has nothing to do with the challenge!? And it takes five minutes to get a single energy bolt… please fix these three things and then it will be perfect! Ty!

4 1/2 to 5 stars I give it like a four and a half or five because it is an AMAZING game… yet it takes too long to get energy in my opinion, I mean… it literally takes four minutes to collect one energy!! Other than that… I love it sooo much!! It is truly an AWESOME game, I am addicted!! One more thing though is that you can’t get like a certain premium… the longest one lasts is 30 days and it is just for a certain event!! It is also a bit pricey… still, I really love it, I do very strongly recommend it!! There are also no ads… unless you click them to get a reward, it is SUPER relaxing, like… I went on a 47 hour car ride, and I played it pretty much the whole time!!! It is definitely one of the best games ever created!!! ❤️

Still have to wait for forever Gameplay is absolutely fantastic love how you can really do whatever you want but the game has it to were you have to wait for these tokens to do things and it’s just so annoying that I have to wait 30 minutes just to move on with the game other than that terrific game.
