Fix this glitch Brrooooo the last tetter was like the bare minimum i have started a new account and i have deleted and restored this game and it keeps glitching and kicking me out of the game Seriously fix this or my rating is going down

BEST GAME EVER!😍 Totally recommend!😃 But just one bug…🪳 Okay, so this my favorite game ever! I am the biggest Harry Potter fan girl ever, so with this game I get to live my dream come true (close to it, because it’s a game, not rl)! I love that you can take classes, duel, study with friends, customize you fit and dorm, have pets, and hang out with friends! I also enjoy that you go on special adventures and get cool prizes like clothing, dorm stuff, and new friends! I do wish it was easier to get gems and energy. The one bug I get (a lot) is my game will crash (a lot) especially when the carnival is active, so I would love it if you could try to fix that, TY! So over all, this is an awesome, and amazing game and experience for Potter Heads like me! The graphics are Amazing, and it sometimes truly feels like you are actually at Hogwarts! Thank you developers for creating this amazing game experience, you have helped to “digitally” (sort of) make my biggest dream come true! Thank you again, and pls try to fix my crashing bug! Please fix this Ok there are three things that i don’t like about this game 1 it says Harry Potter in the title but the main crew aka Ron, Hermione, and harry are not even in it please put them in the game. 2 the game keeps glitching on me to wear i have to delete the game and then download it again please fix this. 3 the energy refill time you have to wait 4 minutes for 1 energy i mean come on fix these problems please

Pretty amazing game! Hi, I am Oliver and I am a sixth year student in Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery. In terms of my experience with the game, I would say that it has amazingly developed storylines and characters. But, there is just one issue I have with it that almost breaks the game for me. This bug makes it so that I can’t claim my special side quest rewards because when I press on them to claim them, my screen immediately pauses and then kicks me out of the game, and when I come back in, I don’t have any rewards for that quest and it shows I still haven’t completed the quest in the book. Lovely game, with lots of problems. First off: the game is awesome. I’m satisfied so far with the story, it’s very captivating (which I will talk about later), and the character creation isn’t the worst. Obviously the game crashes and lags, but it’s not something that a simple reload or restart won’t fix for a day or two, I’m alright with that personally. My review isn’t about the crashing or constant struggle for energy. My main issue is how overstimulating the game can be sometimes. I can’t do anything without 10 popups appearing on my screen, and the game shoves side quests in your face left and right and gives you unpausable time limits on them. I REALLY wanna do some of these adventures, but why do I have to stop my current progress in the game to do them in time (of THREE DAYS, mind you) before I have to pay to continue them or pay to do them later? I don’t want to stop my progress in the main story, especially when the game gives me a energy boost for storyline quests at the SAME TIME it gives me an adventure I HAVE to complete within a certain amount of time or else the opportunity is gone if I graduate before completing it. That’s really my only deep gripe with the game, the time limits for adventures stress me out and constantly distract me. I’m not even buying adventures, either. This is just when the game forces a pop up menu and makes you choose an adventure to do in 3 days or buy it later. Especially when the adventures have GREAT rewards, like whole new characters to be friends with, like Talbott and Chiara. At least give me time throughout the year I’m in to do those adventures, and make it something you can manually start and not have it forced onto you and make you pause your grind. Especially since I only ever spend around 10 minutes on the game at a time at most, since I’m always in a quest and waiting for energy to refill (which again, I’m not that mad about). So the main takeaway from this review for people thinking about downloading it: make sure you’re ready to be dedicated and grind hard, or else you’ll lose out on a bunch of opportunities. And for the creators, PLEASE try and at least give us more time for adventures, or maybe don’t force them onto us at all.

Lots of tapping and waiting 🔁 Fun storyline and many quests BUT so very time consuming. Like others mentioned it takes quite a while to save up energy and then it’s gone in a second. Some quests are 8 hrs which means you have to get on the game constantly in order to pass. Special quests are nearly impossible to complete because you don’t get enough time and then I just feel like I wasted my time. I like the idea of the game but it’s hard to want to play when it feels like the purpose is to consume all your hours.

Crashes every 30sec The devs just don’t seem interesting in fixing the game crashes here. Unless you have a phone with a crazy amount of RAM you can’t go over 1 minute playing, which causes loss of serious progress sometimes. They programmed in a manual save button but why is it out of hundreds of game apps I’ve used I’ve never once had this problem? Check the subreddit, it’s been widespread for years. The gameplay itself has its ups and downs, and I’ve been playing for a long time and I’m in the graduation class. This takes quite a lot of energy, more so than prior years, which can make the story hard to follow, and events hard to win. They introduce new features to the game, then very quickly ruin them so they are unwinnable or offer a fraction of the rewards. They also introduce beta tests all the time so that half the players get to watch the other half win all this great stuff in the Discord and Reddit and then they never offer the left out players anything. If you’re a huge Potter fan you might like it for a little while but a lot of people give up. Oh and don’t ever spend real money in the game because if you do they take away free rewards from your game and make the other purchases more expensive.
